摘要: A remote hydrocarbon processing system comprising a gas compressor skid, gas processing skid, electric power generation skid, liquid storage tank, blending skid, and crude oil source, are fluid flow interconnected and located proximate to a producing well. Produced gases are delivered from the well to the gas compressor skid. Compressed natural gas is delivered to the gas processing skid where it is thermally separated to generate a processed gas stream and a processed liquid stream. The processed gas stream is delivered to the electric power generation skid and burned to generate electricity that may be delivered to an electric power transmission line. The processed liquid stream is delivered to the liquid storage tank. Crude oil from the crude oil source and processed liquid stream from the liquid storage tank are delivered to the blending skid and blended into a lower viscosity, higher API gravity transportable crude oil.

摘要: A thermodynamic system containing a working fluid is disclosed. The thermodynamic system comprises at least a working fluid collection vessel (11) adapted to contain a liquid phase and a gaseous phase of the working fluid in thermodynamic equilibrium. A chilling arrangement (51) is functionally coupled to the fluid collection vessel (11) and adapted to remove heat from the working fluid collected in the working fluid collection vessel (11) and thereby reduce pressure in said thermodynamic system. Also disclosed are methods for depressurizing a thermodynamic system containing a working fluid in liquid/gas equilibrium.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a BOG reliquefaction method for LNG ships. The BOG reliquefaction method for LNG ships includes: 1) compressing BOG; 2) cooling the BOG compressed in Step 1) through heat exchange between the compressed BOG and a refrigerant using a heat exchanger; 3) expanding the BOG cooled in Step 2); and 4) stably maintaining reliquefaction performance regardless of change in flow rate of the BOG compressed in Step 1) and supplied to the heat exchanger to be used as a reliquefaction target.

摘要: A blast furnace facility includes a process for capturing and sequestering CO2 generated from the facility process, producing hydrogen from the hot blast furnace gas, and using blast furnace gas as methanol feed. The CO2 rich streams from the facility may be sent to sequestration of some form via a sequestration compressor, thereby reducing the overall emissions from the facility. The other products generated by the facility are used as methanol feedstock and to produce hydrogen.

摘要: A method and apparatus for cooling and liquefying a hydrocarbon stream using a liquefaction process wherein a hydrocarbon stream is cooled and at least partially liquefied to obtain a liquefied hydrocarbon stream. In the method, one or more compressors are driven with one or more electric drivers, that are powered with one or more dual-fuel diesel-electric generators. These dual-fuel diesel-electric generations are operated by passing one or more hydrocarbon fuel streams to the one or more dual-fuel diesel-electric generators, wherein at least one of the one or more hydrocarbon fuel streams comprises a stream that is generated in the liquefaction process. The apparatus may be provided on a floating structure, a caisson, or off-shore platform.

摘要: A Dewar system is configured to liquefy a flow of fluid, and to store the liquefied fluid. The Dewar system is disposed within a single, portable housing. Disposing the components of the Dewar system within the single housing enables liquefied fluid to be transferred between a heat exchange assembly configured to liquefy fluid and a storage assembly configured to store liquefied fluid in an enhanced manner. In one embodiment, the flow of fluid liquefied and stored by the Dewar system is oxygen (e.g., purified oxygen), nitrogen, and/or some other fluid.
