摘要: Provided is a lighting device, comprising: a light source module comprising: at least one light source disposed on a printed circuit board; and a resin layer disposed on the printed circuit board so that the light source is embedded; a light reflection member formed on at least any one of one side surface and another side surface of the resin layer; and a diffusion plate having an upper surface formed on the light source module, and a side wall which is integrally formed with the upper surface and formed to extend in a lower side direction and which is adhered onto the light reflection member, wherein a first separated space is formed between the light source module and the upper surface of the diffusion plate, whereby flexibility of the product itself can be secured, and durability and reliability of the product can be also improved.

The partition panel (12) comprises an input surface (20) facing the supporting surface (22) and an output surface (21) wherein the supporting surface (22) is fitted with the main reflective surface (11) to reflect light rays (10). The space between the front panel (7) and the output surface (21) and between the supporting surface (22) and the input surface (20) is only filled with air.

摘要: The present invention relates to a LED lamp unit (10) comprising at least two LED light sources (2) arranged between a heat sink (3) and an electrical connector base at two opposing sides of the lamp unit (10) to emit in opposed half spaces. The proposed LED lamp unit can be constructed in a very compact form in order to replace known halogen, xenon and incandescent bulbs without changing the construction of the reflector and mechanical parts in a head lamp or signaling lamp.

摘要: An LED unit according to the invention has a resin housing which is detachably assembled to a vehicle lamp, a lead frame which has a terminal portion which is connected to an exterior terminal, an LED mounting portion and a control part mounting portion and lead frame which is provided integrally on the housing, an LED which is mounted on the LED mounting portion, and a control part which is mounted on the control part mounting portion for controlling the illumination of the LED. The lead frame has a support resin which is a resin material which holds the LED mounting portion in such a way as to surround the LED mounting portion. The lead frame is bent to a back side of the LED at areas outside the support resin, and the control part mounting portion and the terminal portion are formed respectively by the bent portions.
