Abstract: Provided is a lighting device, comprising: a light source module comprising: at least one light source disposed on a printed circuit board; and a resin layer disposed on the printed circuit board so that the light source is embedded; a light reflection member formed on at least any one of one side surface and another side surface of the resin layer; and a diffusion plate having an upper surface formed on the light source module, and a side wall which is integrally formed with the upper surface and formed to extend in a lower side direction and which is adhered onto the light reflection member, wherein a first separated space is formed between the light source module and the upper surface of the diffusion plate, whereby flexibility of the product itself can be secured, and durability and reliability of the product can be also improved.

Abstract: A beam pattern module includes a heatsink base, at least one LED light and light reflector housing. The heatsink base includes a base frame and at least one at least one chip mounting surface. The chip mounting surface protrudes on an inner side surface of a base plate of the heatsink base, and the LED light is disposed on the chip mounting surface. The light reflector housing includes a side portion and a reflecting portion. The side portion is provided with a one cut-out. The side portion is fitted on the inner side surface, and the chip mounting surface and the LED light are exposed in the mounting space. The reflecting portion extending from an edge of the side portion and coupled to a rear plate of the base frame, so as to form a single module to be installed to a vehicle light device.

Abstract: A vehicle lamp capsule 32 having a base 34 having a spring 5 which, when lamp capsule 32 is installed, biases an inner surface of a vehicle lamp reflector 12. Spring 5 is monolithically formed with base 34 along with at least one reflector-locating structure on the base such as circumferentially extending exterior locating surface 44 and/or retaining keys 42. Base 34 and spring 5 may be molded of a plastics material. In other embodiments base 34 and spring 5 are made in one piece of sheet metal. The spring 5 formed unitary with the lamp base 34 meets regulatory requirements and avoids a risk of dislodgement of a conventional separate piece-part metal spring which could cause an electrical short when the lamp is installed in the field. The lamp capsule 32 is suitably an H13-style lamp.
