摘要: A suspension system includes a body comprising a cylindrical cavity in which a piston is slidably mounted that divides the cylindrical cavity into two working chambers: a lower chamber and an upper chamber, each of which receives a gas. The piston is connected to a piston rod protruding from the cylindrical cavity through a sealing ring. The body slides within an external tube of the suspension system. The external tube is engaged around the piston rod and a lower plug is at its free end to which the end of the piston rod is secured. The space between the lower plug and the sealing ring determines within the external tube a third chamber filled with gas by a preload valve. A single filling valve fills the lower and upper chambers, and a transfer element transfers gas from one of the two working chambers to the other, according to predetermined conditions.

摘要: The damper device is equipped with: a cylinder unit having a sliding inner wall surface; a piston unit, having a piston head, which has an outer diameter part that slides on the sliding inner wall surface of the cylinder unit, and divides the interior space of the cylinder unit into a first gas chamber and a second gas chamber, a rod extending from the second gas chamber side of the piston head, and a closed-end hole which opens toward the first air chamber side of the piston head and extends through the interior of the rod in the direction of the second air chamber; and a guide shaft affixed to the first gas chamber side of the cylinder unit and equipped with a tip part having an outer circumferential surface that slides on the inner wall surface of the closed-end hole of the piston unit.

摘要: A bicycle suspension adjustor is provided with a rotational input member, an axial output member and a rotation-to-axial movement converting structure. The rotation-to-axial movement converting structure includes a first converting member operatively coupled to a rotational input member and a second converting member facing the first converting member. At least one rolling member is operatively disposed between the first and second converting members. One of the converting members is operatively coupled to an axial output member. The rolling member is in rolling contact with the first and second converting members so that the rolling member induces relative displacement with respect to both of the first and second converting members as the rotational input member rotates the first converting member in response to a rotational movement of the rotational input member.

摘要: In at least one embodiment, a gas spring includes a casing having an inner surface defining in part a gas chamber, a piston rod and a seal. The piston rod is received at least partially in the casing for reciprocation along an axis between extended and retracted positions. The piston rod has an internal cavity defining a hollow space, a stop and a rod guide disposed adjacent to the inner surface of the casing to guide the reciprocation of the piston rod at least in part. The seal generally is provided between the piston rod and the casing to prevent gas leakage from the gas chamber.

The damping means is constructed as a negative-pressure damping means or combined pressurised and negative-pressure damping means. It has a piston (3) with a resiliently deformable piston part (6) in the piston rod (4), this resiliently deformable piston part (6) being pressed against the cylinder wall during the damping procedure.

摘要: The present invention relates a speed reducing device of a gas spring device, and it is an object of the present invention to improve the structure of a piston which is an element of the speed reducing device, thereby to improve the shielding preciseness of a gas moving passage and to easily manufacture the piston. The piston according to the present invention is slidably moved in the cylinder in the state the piston is adhered to the inner wall surface 110a of the cylinder, and a cutting recess is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder to easily move the gas in first and second chambers. A concentric gas passage is formed on the surface of the piston which makes contact with the upper washer, and includes another concentric gas passage. An inlet and outlet of the gas passage is opened towards the outer peripheral surface of the piston. A concentric gas passage is formed on the surface of the piston which makes contact with the under washer. The inlet and outlet of the gas passage is opened towards the bottom surface of an annular recess. The gas passage is connected by an axial recess which penetrates the piston. If a Teflon ring shields the cutting recess, since the gas is slowly moved in the first chamber and the second chamber, the piston rod is slowly moved. If the Teflon ring opens a cutting recess, since the gas is moved fast in the first chamber 119a and the second chamber 119b through the cutting recess 128 and the gas passage 108c and 108d, the piston rod 111 is moved fast.
