    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a cam clutch that has a simple structure and is capable of preventing the occurrence of cam jamming and that can be reduced in size while realizing improved functionality. The cam clutch according to the present invention includes an operating mode switching mechanism that includes an outer ring-side cage ring provided to be capable of moving in the axial direction and configured to be capable of modifying the attitude of first cams, an inner ring-side cage ring provided to be capable of moving in the axial direction and configured to be capable of modifying the attitude of second cams having different meshing direction from the first cams, and a position regulating cage ring for regulating the freedom of movement of the outer ring-side cage ring and the inner ring-side cage ring in the circumferential direction are provided.

    摘要: A clutch unit used for a vehicle seat includes an input side clutch configured such that one member of an input side inner ring member and an input side outer ring member rotates with a rotation of an operation lever, and the other member is rotated via an input side transmission member, so that a rotation of the operation lever is transmitted to an output side clutch. A rotation suppressing member configured to apply a rotational resistance force greater than a force for the co-rotating is provided between the other member and a member that does not rotate during a return operation of the operation lever, so as to suppress co-rotation of the other member by the one member during the return operation to the neutral position.

The displacement assembly is arranged to: for an advance mode, displace the first frusto-conical surface in the first axial direction to non-rotatably connect the first and third frusto-conical surfaces and so that the second frusto-conical surface is rotatable with respect to the fourth frusto-conical surface in a first circumferential direction; and for a retard mode, displace the second frusto-conical surface in the second axial direction to non-rotatably connect the second and fourth frusto-conical surfaces and so that the first frusto-conical surface is rotatable with respect to the third frusto-conical surface in a second circumferential direction, opposite the first circumferential direction.

    摘要: A disconnect clutch for a torque transfer device for a vehicle, including: an axis of rotation; an input shaft arranged to receive torque from a torque generating or transmitting device for the vehicle; an output shaft arranged to transmit the torque; a forward clutch having a first torque-carrying capacity; a reverse clutch having a second torque-carrying capacity less than the first torque-carrying capacity; and an actuator system. For a forward connect mode in which the input shaft is rotating in a first rotational direction, the actuator system is arranged to close the forward clutch to non-rotatably connect the input and output shafts. For a reverse connect mode in which the input shaft is rotating in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction, the actuator system is arranged to close the reverse clutch to close the reverse clutch to non-rotatably connect the input and output shafts.

    摘要: An unlocking controller is provided for an irreversible rotary transmission system having the irreversible rotary transmission system having an irreversible rotation transmission element arranged between an input shaft and an output shaft. The unlocking controller includes an input shaft rotation direction determination section and an unlocking torque setting section. The input shaft rotation direction determination section determines whether an input shaft rotational direction is the same as, or opposite to, a direction of the load torque of the output shaft. The unlocking torque setting section conducts an unlocking torque control that sets the unlocking torque a higher value when the input shaft rotational direction and the direction of the load torque of the output shaft are the same as while the lock is released, than when the input shaft rotational direction is opposite to the direction of the direction of the load torque of the output shaft.

The pilot valve is configured to produce a pilot signal and includes a first valve, which is a MEMS microvalve. The pressure control system may further include a regulating valve in fluid communication with the pilot valve and configured to receive the pilot signal. The regulating valve is further configured to output a control signal. The SOWC actuator is configured to select between operating modes of the selectable one-way clutch in response to one of the pilot signal and the control signal.

    摘要: A reciprocal switching structure of a ratchet wrench is provided and includes a case, a gear assembly, two gear racks, a reciprocal switching mechanism, and a transmission unit. The case has a first end and a second end, wherein the second end is adjacent to a gripping part of the ratchet wrench and is opposite to the first end. The gear assembly is pivotally disposed in the case. The two gear racks engage or disengage from the gear assembly reciprocally. The reciprocal switching mechanism is disposed in the case and includes two push rods and at least one reciprocal switching member. The transmission unit pivotally is disposed in the case, and is pivotally connected between the two gear racks for driving the two gear racks to be displaced.

    摘要: An energy transduction and conservation system has a rotatable primary driving arrangement and a rotatable driven arrangement, the driving and driven arrangements cooperating through an energy storage arrangement. The driving arrangement supplies energy to the energy storage arrangement through a one-way driving system which blocks energy release from the energy storage arrangement back to the driving arrangement. Relative rotation of the driving arrangement is transferred to the energy storage arrangement through a first releasable clutch acting on a one-way rotatable hub whereby energy stored is released only through the driven arrangement. A further one-way clutch is actuated by a differential angular rotational speed to disconnect the first releasable clutch and drive the hub at the same time the energy storage arrangement drives the driven arrangement. The first releasable clutch includes release levers pivotally mounted to release the clutch and allows the inner body to rotate in the normally locking direction.
