摘要: A clutch assembly configured for use with a supercharger having a first shaft having a longitudinal axis; a pulley connected to the first shaft; a clutch rotor mounted connected to the first shaft; a clutch armature mounted to a second shaft and unconnected to the first shaft; and a clutch coil spaced along the longitudinal axis from the pulley. The clutch rotor rotates around the longitudinal axis. The clutch armature also rotates around the longitudinal axis. The design diameter of the pulley is entirely independent of the diameters of the clutch rotor, the clutch armature, and the clutch coil. A supercharger including the clutch assembly is also provided.

摘要: A selectable one-way clutch (SOWC) is provided for use with a vehicle transmission, and has a first race with a plurality of strut pockets, a moveable selector plate, symmetrical torque-holding elements or struts, and a second race that is rotatably engageable with a torque input device. The selector plate has a plurality of windows, and the struts selectively prevent rotation of the second race in either rotational direction depending on the position of the selector plate. The struts have a cylindrical portion and a pair of strut wings each having a free end. The strut wings connect to the cylindrical portion, and a different one of the free ends engages a strut pocket when an opposite strut wing is depressed in order to prevent rotation of the second race.

摘要: A drive arrangement for a shaft has a module carried by the shaft and including a motor, a driven wheel and a drive wheel. The motor, gearbox and drive wheel are carried on a slider plate which can slide transverse to the axis of the shaft. A front plate is fixed transverse to the axis of the shaft. A Bowden cable has its sheath attached to the front plate, and its inner cable attached to the slider plate, so that manipulation of the Bowden cable at a remote location allows force to be applied between the plates either tightening the belt to apply drive from the motor to the shaft, or releasing tension in the belt, to disengage the drive.

摘要: A bidirectional driving device includes a ratchet wheel, a movable handle, a fixed casing, a pawl reset spring, a handle reset spring and a central shaft. The handle reset spring is in an inner hole of the ratchet wheel, A positioning column of the handle reset spring is placed in sliding slots of the movable handle and of the fixed casing. First and second pawls are disposed between the ratchet wheel and the movable handle. Tooth sections of the first and second pawls are engaged with ratchet teeth of the ratchet wheel. Positioning columns of the first and second pawls are connected with the movable handle. Bosses of the first and second pawls are placed in sliding slots of the fixed casing, each composed of two circular arc slot sections with different radius. The pawl reset spring is connected with the bosses and with the central shaft.

摘要: A controllable selectable one-way clutch is provided for use within a hybrid transmission. The clutch comprises an outer and inner race, and a first and second selector plate. A transmission motor controller synchronizes the speeds of the races to facilitate application and release of the clutch, and a transmission controller communicates a signal to the clutch for re-positioning of the plates to apply and release the clutch. The clutch has three operational modes, including freewheeling and holding torque in one direction or both directions. A method is also provided for applying a selectable one-way clutch in a vehicle having a hybrid transmission with a motor controller and a transmission controller, including synchronizing the clutch speed using the motor controller, detecting the direction of the race speed difference, communicating the race speed difference to the transmission controller, and selecting between the clutch operational modes in response to the detected speed difference.

摘要: An improved structure of a transmission structure for an electrically operated bicycle, structured to include an electric mechanism and a pedal coaxially disposed on a pedal shaft of a bicycle. The present invention is characterized in that: a rotating shaft of the electric mechanism is a hollow tube that passes through two sides of the electric mechanism; the pedal shaft of the pedal mechanism penetrates and is disposed within the rotating shaft and is able to rotate therein; and the driving chain wheel is pivotal disposed on an outer side of the rotating shaft. One side of the driving chain wheel is coupled to the rotating shaft of the electric mechanism by means of a clutch, and the other side of the driving chain wheel is coupled to a pedal crank of the pedal mechanism by means of a unilateral bearing.

摘要: A clutch device for electric winches comprises: a gear box positioned outside of the gear mechanism of the electric winches; an ring gear settled in the gear box and functions along with the gear mechanism; a plurality of braking recesses provided on the outer surface of the periphery of the ring gear; a breaking port provided on the gear box corresponding to the braking recesses; a detachable clutch sleeve fixed on the braking port; a reversed T shaped clutch lever provided in the sleeve; an elastic element provided on the clutch lever; and a clutch handle provided on the sleeve, which connects with the clutch lever by a connection, wherein, the inner top surface of the clutch handle and the up top surface of the clutch sleeve are cam faces formed by double tapered faces, a rotating-positioning mechanism which can be rotated at 180 degrees provided between the clutch handle and the clutch sleeve. The engaging and disengaging functions between the clutch lever and braking recesses of the ring gear can be realized by the rotation of the clutch handle in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. The construction of the present invention has the simplified construction. The rotation operation is laborsaving, convenient and safe. Operation miss and the lock of the clutch will not be appeared during the usage. It also has longer service life.

摘要: A clutch spring kit that is particularly suited to replacing a standard motorcycle pressure plate in a diaphragm spring biased clutch assembly. The clutch assembly is activated by centrifugal force acting on spherical deflection elements. A plurality of pocket elements are generally arranged in an annular array formed in the spring side of a clutch pressure plate. The pocket elements are generally disposed radially inwardly of and adjacent to an upstanding lip element on the first side of the pressure plate. The pocket elements include ramps that extend within the pocket elements generally outwardly toward the lip element and angularly upwardly towards the spring side. A spherical deflection element, such as a ball bearing, is received in each of the pocket elements for generally radial movement along the ramp. A diaphragm spring, the periphery of which is confined by the lip element, is in spring biasing association with the first side of the pressure plate. The spherical deflection elements engage the diaphragm spring and deflect its periphery axially outwardly as the spherical deflection elements move axially upwardly and radially outwardly along the ramps under the urging of centrifugal force.
