    摘要: One aspect of the present disclosure provides an exhaust unit including a housing, a wall member, a catalyst, and a muffler chamber. The housing includes a feed inlet and a discharge outlet. The housing is configured such that an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine is introduced from the feed inlet, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the discharge outlet. The wall member is disposed in the housing, and forms a cylindrical flow path that guides a flow of the exhaust gas introduced from the feed inlet to curve along an outer circumference of an interior of the housing. The catalyst is disposed in the flow path. The muffler chamber communicates with the flow path in a downstream side of the catalyst in the flow path. The wall member serves as a part of a wall that defines an inside and an outside of the muffler chamber.

    摘要: A muffler in an exhaust device of an engine includes a casing, a first expansion chamber, a second expansion chamber, and a third expansion chamber separately formed in the casing, and a first communication pipe, a second communication pipe, and a third communication pipe provided in the casing. The rear exhaust pipe is connected to the first expansion chamber, the first expansion chamber communicates with the third expansion chamber via the first communication pipe, the first expansion chamber communicates with the second expansion chamber via the second communication pipe, and the second expansion chamber communicates with an outside of the casing via the third communication pipe. The third expansion chamber does not communicate with an outside of the third expansion chamber except that the third expansion chamber communicates with the first expansion chamber via the first communication pipe.

A position where the tail pipe penetrates the partition and positions where the first connecting pipe and second connecting pipe penetrate the partition are offset from each other in the vertical direction.

A second end of the stabilizer tube aims at a primary reflection surface at a first end of an expansion cone surrounding the stabilizer tube to define a first expansion space. A second end of the expansion cone aims at a secondary reflection surface inwardly of a first cover. A first end of an outer case surrounds the expansion cone. A second end of the outer case connects to a second cover that is provided with the outlet. A second expansion space is defined by the expansion cone and the outer case. The second expansion space is terminated by a baffle with an opening on an interface between the outer case and the second cover. The first cover is provided with at least one coolant liquid opening.
