摘要: A roots pump includes a housing, a rotor chamber, a pair of rotary shafts, and a pair of rotors. The rotor chamber includes a rotor chamber peripheral surface facing a pair of distal end portions of each of the rotors. Each of the pair of the distal end portions includes: a pair of rotor peripheral surfaces facing the rotor chamber peripheral surface with a first radial clearance; and a distal end peripheral surface that is formed between the pair of the rotor peripheral surfaces in the rotational direction and faces the rotor chamber peripheral surface with a second radial clearance greater than the first radial clearance. A width of the rotor chamber peripheral surface facing the distal end peripheral surface in the rotational direction is greater than a sum of a pair of predetermined widths of the rotor chamber peripheral surface facing the pair of the rotor peripheral surfaces.

摘要: A compressor includes a shell, a first scroll member, a second scroll member and a sealing assembly. The shell defines a first pressure region and a second pressure region. The first scroll member is disposed within the shell and includes a first end plate and a first scroll wrap. The second scroll member includes a second end plate and a second scroll wrap. The second scroll wrap meshingly engages the first scroll wrap to define a compression chamber therebetween. The seal assembly fluidly separates the first and second pressure regions from each other. The seal assembly includes a first plate, a second plate, a sealing member. The sealing member is sealingly engaged with the first plate and the second plate.

摘要: A pump, comprising a pump insert which is arranged in an accommodating space of a cup-shaped pump housing. The pump insert comprises a first housing part and a second housing part between which a rotor is rotatably arranged, and a stroke ring which surrounds the rotor and is arranged between the first housing part and the second housing part. A spring flexing along the rotational axis is arranged between the accommodating housing and the second housing part. The spring comprises a spring structure which is made of metal and which imbues the spring with its essential spring characteristics along the rotational axis. The spring is supported towards the second housing part in a region which is arranged in axial alignment with the stroke ring in the direction of the rotational axis, and thus presses the second housing part against the stroke ring.

The housing includes a first rounded wall section and a second rounded wall section, the first and second rounded wall sections defining at least a portion of the chamber. The gears have teeth located about their respective peripheries and operatively positioned with the teeth of the first gear and the teeth of the second gear intermeshed. The teeth include slotted teeth and solid teeth arranged with uniform spacing in a repeating pattern about the periphery of each of the gears, with each of the slotted teeth having a vane slot and a radially extending vane extending from the vane slot, and each radially extending vane being movable within the respective vane slot and being configured to contact the respective first or second rounded wall sections.

摘要: A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing, a discharge cover fixed inside of the casing, a first scroll revolved a rotational shaft, a second scroll provided on the first scroll to define compression chambers, the second scroll having an intermediate pressure discharge hole that communicates with a compression chamber of the compression chambers having an intermediate pressure, a back pressure plate provided on the second scroll and having an intermediate pressure suction hole that communicates with the intermediate pressure discharge hole, a floating plate movably provided at a side of the back pressure plate and defining a back pressure chamber, and a sealing member provided between the back pressure plate and the floating plate, the sealing member including a sealing body, and at least one protrusion provided at an incline with respect to a central line that extends in a horizontal direction of the sealing body.

摘要: A scroll compressor is provided, comprising: a compression mechanism comprising a non-orbiting scroll member and an orbiting scroll member, wherein the orbiting scroll member is axially displaceable between an engagement position and a disengagement position; a main bearing housing adapted to support the compression mechanism; a back pressure chamber formed between the orbiting scroll member and the main bearing housing, wherein the back pressure chamber is in communication with at least one of the compression chambers via a communication passage provided in the orbiting scroll member or the non-orbiting scroll member and is adapted to apply a back pressure to the orbiting scroll member to bias the orbiting scroll member toward the engagement position; and a first sealing means provided between the back pressure chamber and a suction zone of the compression mechanism and capable of maintaining sealing when the orbiting scroll member is axially displaced.

The seal arrangement comprises a first seal which is arranged so as to run around the circumference of a side plate of the vane cell pump, and a second seal which is arranged so as to run around a shaft leadthrough which is provided in the side plate. The seal arrangement is distinguished by a third seal which, apart from at least one first fluid connection, shuts off at least a second fluid connection with respect to the at least one first fluid connection within a region which is configured between the first seal and the second seal.
