摘要: A vehicle electric drive apparatus is provided with a single hydraulic pump and left-side and right-side drive units. The left-side drive unit includes a left-side electric motor and a left-side transmission mechanism. The right-side drive unit includes a right-side electric motor and a right-side transmission mechanism. One of rotary shafts of the left-side transmission mechanism and one of rotary shafts of the right-side transmission mechanism constitute a pair of pump-drive rotary shafts. The single hydraulic pump is connected to the pair of pump-drive rotary shafts through respective one-way clutches, and is to be driven by one of the pump-drive rotary shafts that is rotated at a speed higher than the other of the pump-drive rotary shafts, so as to output a hydraulic pressure.

摘要: A crescent member is disclosed which is configured to be in constant contact with outer and inner gear teeth to prevent unwanted fluid backflow between the gears. The crescent member may be part of a low-pressure fuel pump system for a diesel engine. In order to reduce heat buildup in the crescent member and gear teeth, the crescent member comprises a gap to allow fluid to flow within the crescent member to absorb and dissipate the heat generated by friction. The crescent member is resilient to maintain constant contact, but flexible enough to reduce wear from friction over time.

摘要: A gerotor pump arrangement for extracting hydraulic fluid from a transmission housing of a transmission. A first gerotor set has a first inner rotor and a first outer rotor, and a second gerotor set has a second inner rotor and a second outer rotor. The first gerotor set forms a hydraulically drivable drive side of the gerotor pump arrangement, and the second gerotor set forms a pump side, driven by the first gerotor set, wherein the first and second inner rotors are rotationally fixedly mounted on a common shaft which is rotatable about a rotational axis. A transmission with such a gerotor pump arrangement is also disclosed.

摘要: A pump assembly and a method for sensing rotary motion of the pump therein are disclosed. The pump assembly includes a pump, a controller, and an optional driven electric motor. The components may be axially aligned and mounted relative to one another. The controller includes a circuit board that is oriented in an axial direction of the pump assembly so that it faces in a radial direction. A 3D rotary sensor is mounted on the circuit board and is designed to detect motion parallel to its front face and motion in a plane perpendicular to its front face, including rotary motion of the pump, for output to the controller. The controller is configured to control the pump via controlling the drive shaft of the motor or pump.

摘要: The disclosure provides a pump device capable of suppressing hydraulic amplitude and reducing noise or vibration associated with hydraulic amplitude while simplifying the structure. The pump device includes: a housing which defines a suction port, a discharge port, and an accommodation chamber; and a pump unit which is arranged in the accommodation chamber and which defines a pump chamber that expands and contracts to exert a pumping action including a suction stroke and a pressurization and discharge stroke on a fluid. The housing includes an air introduction hole that is opened to introduce air into the pump chamber at a predetermined opening timing immediately before the suction stroke is completed.

The motor-driving section includes a circuit board and a plurality of heat-generating elements mounted on the circuit board. The motor includes an inverter circuit that controls driving of the motor section and an inverter case that contains the inverter circuit. The inverter circuit includes a plurality of blocks including a power source block, a drive block, and a control block, and at least one of the plurality of blocks is separated from the other blocks.

摘要: A variable oil pump includes a pump housing, a cover, an oil pump rotor rotationally driven while housed in a housing space between the pump housing and the cover, an adjustment member housed in the housing space to adjust the amount of oil discharged from the oil pump rotor by being displaced due to a drive force while rotatably holding the oil pump rotor from an outer peripheral side, and a guide portion including a groove in the adjustment member and a pin on the pump housing that engage one another. Engagement of the pin and the groove guides displacement of the adjustment member relative to the pump housing. A seal structure on at least one of the pump housing and the cover seals the inside of the groove relative to the housing space by surrounding a movement trajectory of the groove relative to the pin.

摘要: An oil pump is provided with an inner rotor having external teeth, an outer rotor disposed in a loose-fit state within a pump chamber and having internal teeth meshed with the external teeth, a ring-shaped pressure chamber provided adjacent to the pump chamber in a direction of a rotation axis, a discharge opening for connecting the pump chamber and the pressure chamber, and a cylindrical discharge passage having one end connected to the pressure chamber and the other end serving as a connection opening. A portion of the discharge passage is located to open inside of the outer periphery of the pressure chamber when viewed in the rotation axis direction. The one end reaches to a middle of the pressure chamber when viewed in a radial direction of the rotation axis, and the discharge passage and the pressure chamber are in direct communication with each other.
