Abstract: A multistage pump body comprises a first pumping chamber (20) and a second pumping chamber (21). A connecting duct (26a) puts an outlet (27) of the first pumping chamber (20) into communication with an inlet (28) of the second pumping chamber (21). A leak-tight conduit (40) is provided for the circulation of a cooling liquid. The connecting duct (26a) is a lateral duct of the multistage pump body. A heat-conducting wall (33) partially delimits the connecting duct (26a) and has an external surface (34) on the outside. At least a portion of the connecting duct (26a) passes between this external surface (34) of the heat-conducting wall (33) and the leak-tight conduit (40).

A line passing through an arc center of a cylindrical surface inscribed in the facing surface of the case, and parallel to the two shafts, forms a rotating axis. When the pump assembly rotates about the rotating axis, one of the of side plates contacts the inner wall of the case.

Abstract: The invention relates to a spindle compressor without operating fluid in the working space with a 2-tooth spindle rotor and a 3-tooth spindle rotor in a surrounding compressor housing-and preferably non-parallel rotation axes of the two spindle rotors, in particular for use in compression refrigeration machines. In order to improve the degree of efficiency while providing flexible power adjustment, it is proposed according to the invention that a multi-stage spindle compressor be used as a refrigerant compressor, whose compressor housing and whose spindle rotors are cooled via a partial-flow branch-off of liquid refrigerant from the refrigerant main flow circuit, wherein the compressor housing is cooled in a controlled manner by means of refrigerant evaporation, with the refrigerant vapor being subsequently fed to the inlet, and that, for power adjustment, there are also post-inlet feeds into the working space in addition to the inlet feed, and also pre-outlet discharges in addition to the outlet discharge from the outlet space, each with their own regulating device.

A lubrication supply system is operable for supplying lubrication fluid to the compressor. A closed loop cooling system using R718 refrigerant is provided to cool the working fluid. The closed loop cooling system includes a refrigerant compressor for compressing the refrigerant, a condenser operable for receiving compressed refrigerant gas and removing heat to form liquid refrigerant, and an expansion device for expanding and cooling the liquid refrigerant into a cooled gaseous refrigerant.

Abstract: A pump for boosting and transporting a liquid, includes a housing, a gear rotor device, at least one cover and a motor. A transportation chamber is defined in the housing. An inlet and an outlet are defined in the housing and respectively in communication with the transportation chamber. The gear rotor device is received in the transportation chamber. The gear rotor device includes first and second gears meshing with each other. The at least one cover covers and seals at least one side of the housing. The motor is mounted on one cover with a shaft thereof rotatably connecting with one of the first and second gears. Through a full compression by the gear rotor device, the liquid transportation is in a positive displacement and the liquid is pressurized by the gear rotor device whereby the pump has high head and therefore efficiently transports the liquid.

Abstract: In a compressor having at least two cooperating rotors of which at least one has a screw form, the medium to be compressed is supplied through a stationary inlet port located radially outside the screw-formed rotor at the meshing zone between the rotors, where new volume on rotation of the rotors is continuously formed for sucking the medium into the compressor. The inlet port extends in the axial direction of the screw-formed rotor with a substantially constant width and shows an area which is substantially in accordance with the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the grooves of the screw-formed rotor, which grooves communicate with the inlet port and in which the medium is transported further on into the compressor.

Abstract: A gas compressor includes a compression mechanism, a separator tank that introduces lubricating oil to be supplied to the compression mechanism and a mixed fluid of a working fluid and lubricating oil discharged from the compression mechanism and separates the lubricating oil. An oil cooler cools the lubricating oil from the separator tank. An oil circulation path supplies cooled lubricating oil to the compression mechanism. The gas compressor includes a suction temperature sensor that detects suction temperature of the working fluid, a discharge pressure sensor that detects discharge pressure of the compressed working fluid, a rotation speed sensor that detects rotation speed of the motor. A lubricating oil state estimation unit estimates the temperature of the lubricating oil based on the detected suction temperature, discharge pressure, and rotation speed of the motor. The lubricating oil state estimation unit uses this result to estimate the deterioration state of the lubricating oil.
