摘要: A vacuum pumping apparatus may include: a common pumping line having a plurality of pumping line inlets and a pumping line outlet, each pumping line inlet being configured to couple with an outlet of an associated plurality of vacuum processing chambers; at least one primary vacuum pump in fluid communication with the pumping line outlet to pump gas from each vacuum processing chamber; and control logic operable to control operation of the primary vacuum pump in response to an indication of an operating state of the plurality of vacuum processing chambers. In this way, the performance of the primary vacuum pump can be adjusted to match the load provided by the processing chambers and when there is an excess capacity, the performance of the primary vacuum pumps can be reduced, which can lead to significant energy savings and reduce wear on the pump.

摘要: A method of operating a rolling piston compressor includes determining a pressure difference (ΔP) between a discharge pressure (Pd) within a compression volume and a suction pressure (Ps) within a suction volume; determining a pressure ratio (rp) equal to the discharge pressure (Pd) over the suction pressure (Ps); estimating a discharge pressure (Pd) based at least in part on the pressure difference (ΔP) and the pressure ratio (rp); determining that the discharge pressure (Pd) is greater than a predetermined pressure limit (Pd-limit); and lowering a target speed (ωtarget) of the rolling piston compressor.

摘要: A position information antenna 22b receives a position signal including position information about a sending source (satellite, base station, or the like) of a positioning radio wave. A communication antenna 22a transmits position information about a compressor 100 (air compressor) that compresses the air and receives meteorological information corresponding to the position of the compressor 100 from a server on a cloud. A controller 13 specifies the position of the compressor 100 from the position signal received by the position information antenna 22b and controls the compressor 100 on the basis of the meteorological information corresponding to the position of the compressor 100 received by the communication antenna 22a.

摘要: Even when abnormal heat generation occurs during operation in a state where the temperature of a compressor is not increased, abnormality cannot be detected. A fluid machine includes a fluid machine body; a motor that drives the fluid machine body; a temperature sensor that measures a temperature of the fluid machine body; and a control unit that controls the fluid machine body. The control unit changes a temperature threshold value based on at least one of a pressure of a fluid discharged by the fluid machine body and a frequency of a voltage input into the motor, and issues a notification when the temperature of the compressor body measured by the temperature sensor exceeds the temperature threshold value.

摘要: A device for pumping fluid such as paints, sealants, caulks, and polymers made of a rotor assembly and a pump body. The rotor assembly contains at least one laminar flow element arranged in such a manner as to conduct the fluid from inlet to outlet as the rotor spins. The rotor may vary its distance from the pump body. This arrangement provides a rotor with exceptional capacity to pump without damage to the fluid media and to measure the fluid rate at low or high rotational speed with viscosity that can vary. The device also may provide a spray nozzle or nozzles that produce a multiplicity of spray patterns

摘要: In the operation of a refueling screw compressor, when load conditions constantly fluctuate or when the rotation speed control of a cooling fan is performed, it is difficult to accurately perform a diagnosis predicted from measurement results of devices inside the compressor, so a diagnostic mode stably creates an operating condition under which an accurate diagnosis can be performed. In the refueling screw compressor, a discharge electric valve is provided downstream of an air cooler, and an air release electric valve and a dedicated orifice are provided to connect an oil separator inner space and a suction throttle valve space. In the diagnostic mode, the discharge electric valve is closed, the air release electric valve is opened, and while an upstream pressure of the oil separator is maintained at a specified pressure, a rotation speed control operation of a compressor body and the diagnosis of internal devices are performed.

摘要: The invention relates to a rotary slide assembly and to a method for monitoring the wear of one or more slides in a rotary slide assembly, comprising a rotary slide rotor and one or more slide receiving areas for the slide(s) in the rotary slide rotor. The wear state of the one or more slides is detected during the operation or during a standstill of the rotary slide assembly. For this purpose, the slide(s) or one or more corresponding slide receiving areas in interaction with the one or more slides are used to generate or request an electric or electronic signal.
