    摘要: A lobe pump is provided. The lobe pump may include a housing having an inlet and an outlet for a medium to be pumped, at least one lobe mounted in the housing so as to be drivable and rotatable and which has at least two conveying vanes, and at least one sealing element per lobe mounted on a sealing body. The at least one sealing element runs over a contour of the at least one lobe during rotation of the at least one lobe and performs an outward travel movement from a minimum diameter of the at least one lobe to a maximum diameter of the at least one lobe and an inward travel movement from the maximum diameter of the at least one lobe to the minimum diameter of the at least one lobe on different sides of each of the at least two conveying vanes.

    摘要: A sliding vane, positive displacement pump is provided which includes a dual mechanical seal that protects against leakage from a pump chamber while also reducing slip across rotor end faces. The dual mechanical seal may be formed as a cartridge seal that is readily demountable from the pump for replacement and service, and is retrofittable to existing pumps to improve the performance thereof. The pump may integrally include a dual mechanical seal, or the mechanical seal assembly may be provided for use by itself or in combination with a replaceable head ring that can be installed on existing pumps for repair thereof or for a retrofit upgrade of such existing pump.

    摘要: A rotating pump includes an outer rotor and an inner rotor. The inner and outer rotors are rotated by a drive shaft between a first side plate and a second side plate to pump put fluid. The first side plate faces the inner and outer rotors and has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is inclined to an axial direction of the drive shaft to create a wedge-shaped gap between itself and one of the inner and outer rotor. The second surface extends more parallel to a direction perpendicular to the axis direction of the drive shaft than the first surface does. The geometric configurations of the first and second surfaces serve to minimize the leakage of the brake fluid without sacrificing a reduction in resistance to sliding motion of the inner rotor and the outer rotor on the second side plate.

    摘要: A compressor is provided that eliminates sliding contacts between a cylinder and a roller to minimize mixing of lubricating oil into a refrigerant. The compressor includes a hermetic container that stores the lubricating oil at a lower portion thereof; a stator mounted within the hermetic container; a cylinder type rotor that rotates within the stator by a rotating electromagnetic field of the stator and defines a compression chamber therein; a roller that rotates and compresses the refrigerant by a rotational force transferred from the rotor; a rotational shaft integrally formed with the roller; a vane that divides the compression chamber into suction and compression regions and transfers the rotational force to the roller; and oil feed passages provided in the rotational shaft and the roller to feed the lubricating oil to areas where two or more members are slidingly engaged with one another within the compression chamber.
