    摘要: A rack and a hoist system. The rack is L-shaped with a first planar floor/leg and a second planar floor/foot, which is a solid plate. The first floor has three pairs of wheels with the middle pair larger than the other pairs and a mount to couple to the hoist via a hooked line that couples to a double-hooked line that hooks into apertures through paired mounting plates near the top end of the leg. The foot includes a tag-line mount from which a tag-line may be mounted to help guide movement thereof using the hoist. The foot includes wheels such that when the first floor is tipped up while being lifted, the wheels of the foot engage with the surface while the wheels on the leg are disengaging. There are flanking posts, strap structures, and flanking plates that help to secure the load (e.g. rebars, pipes, and sheet rock).

    摘要: A construction apparatus for use within an elevator hoistway is provided. The construction apparatus includes span members, each span member having a first end, a second end and a length. Sill attachments are connected to the first end of the span members. The sill attachments are configured to rotate about and seat against a building sill. A support member connected to the second end of the span members. The support members are configured to seat against a second side of the elevator hoistway. The length of the span members is longer than a horizontal distance from the building sill to the second side of the elevator hoistway such that the span members rest in an inclined orientation with respect to a substantially horizontal axis. One or more platforms is supported by one or more forms, the platforms arranged such as to provide a working platform within the elevator hoistway.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for mounting facade elements (12, 12b-c) on a multi-story building by means of a profile system comprising a first type of vertical profile (1a-d) having a slot extending along the longitudinal axis of the profile, and an inner part of the slot being designed to receive an edge of a first facade element and an outer part of the slot being designed to receive and support a second type of vertical profile, provided with a groove extending along the longitudinal axis of the profile and designed to receive and support an edge of a second facade element. The method comprises: a) mounting two vertical profiles (1a-b) of the first type at a second floor of the building so that the slots are facing each other, and above profiles (1c-d) of the first and second type previously mounted on a first floor, b) transporting a facade element (12), guided by the grooves of the profiles mounted on the first floor until it reaches the vertical profiles mounted on the second floor, c) entering the facade element into the outer part of the slots of the vertical profiles mounted on the second floor, d) continuing transporting the facade element, guided by the outer part of the slots to a mounting position, e) pushing the facade element from the outer part of the slots to the inner part of the slots, f) attaching the facade element to the building, and g) inserting vertical profiles of the second type into the outer part of the slots.

    摘要: The invention relates to an automated mobile production system for fabricating a cement panel or composite cement panel. The system includes a movable container and a conveyor system inside the container aligned along a longitudinal axis of the container. The system further includes a plurality of independent manufacturing stations inside the container and aligned along the conveyor system. The container is preferably an international standard shipping container so that being compact and movable from place to place. Further, the system includes a removable mortar mixing station affixed to the outer top side of the container when the system is in operation, and is removed and stored inside the container during transport of the system.
