摘要: A pultrusion fiber reinforced polymer (PFRP) floor assembly comprises a plurality of PFRP trusses or joists connected to at least one horizontal PFRP I-beam, horizontal PFRP wide flange beam, or horizontal PFRP “C” channel. At least one PFRP clip angle bracket connects the plurality of PFRP trusses or joists to support PFRP floor sheathing. A flexible epoxy bonds the PFRP floor sheathing to the plurality of PFRP trusses or joists, horizontal PFRP I-beams, horizontal PFRP wide flange beams, or horizontal PFRP “C” channels. The flexible epoxy is configured to provide a uniform coefficient of thermal expansion throughout the PFRP floor assembly.

摘要: An FRP panel material includes reinforcing fibers oriented in predetermined orientation directions near the surface. In the surface of the panel material, a plurality of either or both of protrusions and depressions having shapes of congruent regular triangular pyramids are provided. The bases of the regular triangular pyramids are arranged on a virtual reference plane along the surface with no gap or overlap so that each vertex of an equilateral triangle constituting each base is shared by six of the bases as vertices thereof. Each of the orientation directions of the reinforcing fibers is parallel to any lateral edge of each regular triangular pyramid as seen in the thickness direction of the panel material.

摘要: A prefabricated self-supporting module for making building structures, more particularly swimming pools, is provided. The module comprises a matrix made of foamed material and a supporting structure made of metal coupled to the matrix. The supporting structure made of metal may be embedded in the matrix made of foamed material (internal supporting structure) and/or cover the matrix made of foamed material (external supporting structure). Thanks to the provision of the supporting structure made of metal, the module is self-supporting, and it does not need any further reinforcements of reinforced concrete. Thanks to the provision of the supporting structure made of metal, the module can be used for making structural supporting elements such as floors, side walls, and so on. This module can be completely made and finished in the factory, so that the steps to be carried out on the construction site are extremely limited, with consequent economic saving.

摘要: A safety component for a skating rink. The safety component comprises a body portion connectable to a transparent barrier located above dasher boards of the skating rink, wherein upon impact the body portion is capable of at least partially absorbing impact forces. The safety component further comprises a curved rink-facing surface that provides a substantially convex curved surface facing the skating rink. The curved rink-facing surface has a radius of curvature suitable for redirecting the impact forces away from the convex curved surface.

摘要: A double wall panel member for use in a panel wall is provided which includes a tongue-configured end and a groove-configured end. The panel member includes a first outer wall spaced laterally from a second outer wall, and the groove-configured end has a first groove wall portion extending from the first outer wall and a second groove wall portion extending from the second outer wall, where the first groove wall portion extends further outward than the second groove wall portion. When connected, the wall panel members are assembled with the groove end pointing or oriented upward (not downward) and the tongue end pointing or oriented downward (not upward).

摘要: An element for thermal insulation between two building parts, particularly between a building (A) and a protruding exterior part (B), comprising an insulating body (2) to be arranged between the two building parts and reinforcement elements in the form of at least tensile elements (3), extending in an installed state of the element (10) essentially horizontally and perpendicular to an essentially horizontal extension of the insulating body through said body, and respectively projecting in the horizontal direction from the insulating body and here allowing a connection to one of the two building parts preferably made from concrete. Here the tensile reinforcement elements (3) are formed as multi-part composite elements such that at least in the proximity of the insulating body (2) they have a central rod section (3a) made from fiber-reinforced synthetic material and have a separate anchoring rod section (3b) in an area outside the insulating body (2) with geometric and/or material characteristics at least partially deviating from the central rod section (3a), with the anchoring rod section (3b) and the central rod section being arranged at least essentially aligned to each other and at least indirectly fixed to each other, and with the anchoring rod section (3b) cooperating with an interior anchoring element for fixing at the central rod section (3a), which interior anchoring element engages a radially interior area of the central rod section. The central rod section (3a) comprises on its radial exterior an annular radial support element and/or a radial support area (3ab) with fibers (3f) extending at least partially in the circumferential direction of the central rod section (3a), with the interior anchoring section (3v) and the radial support area (3ab) at least partially overlapping each other.
