    摘要: A rack and a hoist system. The rack is L-shaped with a first planar floor/leg and a second planar floor/foot, which is a solid plate. The first floor has three pairs of wheels with the middle pair larger than the other pairs and a mount to couple to the hoist via a hooked line that couples to a double-hooked line that hooks into apertures through paired mounting plates near the top end of the leg. The foot includes a tag-line mount from which a tag-line may be mounted to help guide movement thereof using the hoist. The foot includes wheels such that when the first floor is tipped up while being lifted, the wheels of the foot engage with the surface while the wheels on the leg are disengaging. There are flanking posts, strap structures, and flanking plates that help to secure the load (e.g. rebars, pipes, and sheet rock).

    摘要: A load carrying platform shuttle (10) has a static frame (12) and a movable carriage (14). The frame is securable to a mounting location, such as a given working level of a multi-storey building under construction, and the carriage is arranged to telescope into the static frame between an extended position outboard of the mounting location and a retracted position inboard of the mounting location. The movable carriage can move between the extended position and the retracted position while carrying a load. The shuttle includes a motor (76) and gear assembly (72, 74, 78) for driving the movement of the carriage between the extended position and the retracted position while carrying the load.

    摘要: The invention is a hoisting and placement system that also serves as a mobile land based complete crane system that is useful on a building under construction. The crane system can be installed on any floor that has been completed. As the height of the building of the building rises with upper floors that have been completed, the completed crane system can follow the upward work progress by virtue of its own construction. This construction includes a vertical tower mast system that can be attached to completed floors. The crane system can climb up or down on this tower mast system by using various mechanisms to engage one of the masts which form the tower mast system. The tower mast system can support various lengths loading platforms that can move into or out of a building floor.

    摘要: The invention pertains to a hoisting platform system which is usable in the construction of high rise buildings Included in the system are two I-beams which are mounted on a higher floor of the building under construction which has been finished already. The two I-beams are mounted in a cantilevered fashion with one section jutting forward from the higher floor and another section being attached to the higher floor by several post jacks on top of the I-beams and against the ceiling of the next higher floor. On the forward section there is mounted a pair of A-frames having a cross beam mounted at their tops which in turn has a winch mounted thereon. A movable transfer deck is located between the I's of the two I-beams and can be moved to a position interior of the building once a load is placed thereon. The winch can also be located on the higher floor and idler sheaves can be used on top of the cross beam. The winch is a hydraulic winch which is powered by a hydraulic pump which in turn is powered by an internal combustion engine. There a variations of the A-frames, because a pair of single support struts can be used, which are articulated relative to the two I-beams.
