摘要: A work machine, an implement control console, a plurality of unique implement control pods, and a method of installing an implement control pod onto a work machine are disclosed. The work machine comprises a power unit, a locomotive device, an implement arm, a work tool, and an implement control console for controlling one or more functions of the work machine's components. The implement control console comprises a universal mounting bracket and an implement control pod, where the plurality of unique implement control pods may be installed, one at a time, to the universal mounting bracket. Advantageously, the plurality of unique implement control pods share a number of components, while the design of each implement control pod allows for concurrent one-handed operation.

摘要: A method for operating a drive system for a work machine is described. A first electric motor is associated with a travel drive of the drive system and a second electric motor is associated with a work drive of the drive system. An electric energy store for operating the first and the second electric motors is associated with the travel drive and the work drive. The method includes operating the first electric motor in generator mode to produce braking power of the travel drive, electric power being produced in the generator mode. The method further includes supplying, completely or partly to the energy store and/or to the second electric motor depending on a state of the energy store, the electric power.

摘要: A loading vehicle is capable of improving work efficiency by adjusting engine rotational speed with high accuracy in accordance with an operation state of the working device. An HST traveling driven wheel loader has an electrically controlled HST pump. A controller is configured to control input torque of the HST pump 31 and solenoid proportional pressure reducing valve is configured to generate control pressure for controlling displacement volume of the pump based on a control signal from the controller. The controller is configured to calculate the displacement volume q of the HST pump based on discharge pressure Pf of a loading hydraulic pump so that maximum input torque Thst of the HST pump decreases as the discharge pressure Pf or input torque of the loading hydraulic pump increases, and output a control signal corresponding to the calculated displacement volume q to the solenoid proportional pressure reducing valve.

The controller determines that an ineffective operation in which the work implement does not work is being performed during the excavation work based on an operation command value output from the operation apparatus and outputs a time period for which the ineffective operation is being performed.

A method for calibrating the work machine includes outputting a detection value to detect an angle of the sub-link with respect to the boom in a predetermined posture of the boom and a work tool posture, converting the detection value as a measurement angle of the sub-link with respect to the boom based on a conversion value, and calibrating the conversion value based on a relationship between the measurement angle and an actual angle in the work tool posture which is specified.

摘要: A method for operating an electric drivetrain of a working machine is provided wherein the drivetrain comprises a work drive with an electric work motor and a travel drive with an electric travel motor and vehicle wheels, wherein the working machine experiences a speed deceleration from the outside that may result in a braking force acting on the vehicle wheels lower than a driving force acting on the vehicle wheels due to a moment of inertia of the travel motor. The method includes supplying the travel motor with a power in a direction opposite to an operating direction of the travel motor in order to reduce a rotational speed of the travel motor, if it is detected in advance using a situation detection that the braking force acting on the vehicle wheels as a result of the speed deceleration is lower than the driving force acting on the vehicle wheels.

摘要: A work machine having a cab coupled to a frame, a steering system coupled to the frame, a controller configured to selectively articulate the steering system, a joystick assembly positioned in the cab and in communication with the controller, a steering wheel assembly positioned in the cab and configured to selectively articulate the steering system, and a steering wheel sensor coupled to the steering wheel assembly and in communication with the controller to identify movement of the steering wheel assembly. Wherein, the controller does not articulate the steering system responsive to movement of the joystick assembly when the steering wheel sensor identifies movement of the steering wheel.
