摘要: A hybrid vehicle system includes: an engine that is capable of outputting a torque to be transmitted to a driving wheel; a first motor generator that is provided in a coupled manner to the engine and that is capable of outputting a torque to be transmitted to the driving wheel; a transmission that converts a torque output from one or both of the engine and the first motor generator at a predetermined transmission gear ratio; a transmission clutch that is capable of switching on and off power transmission between the first motor generator and the transmission; a second motor generator that is capable of outputting a torque to be transmitted to the driving wheel in a state where the transmission clutch is disengaged; and an oil pump that is coupled to a motor shaft of the first motor generator and that is driven by rotation of the motor shaft.

摘要: A hybrid drive device in which an input shaft is connected to an engine, an output shaft is connected to wheels, and a wheel drive motor is connected between the input shaft and the output shaft. In the hybrid device, a friction engagement element that is provided between the input shaft and the output shaft and of which transfer torque is controllable. A control device controls the friction engagement element. The control device reduces the transfer torque of the friction engagement element during engine starting in a predetermined low temperature environment or during travel on a bad road, compared to the transfer torque of the friction engagement element in an engaged state.

摘要: A control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle, which outputs motive power to a drive shaft from an internal combustion engine and motor generators as motive power sources, including: a recirculating gas control portion that performs valve opening control on a recirculation valve so that an amount of recirculating exhaust reaches a control target valve, and that closes the recirculation valve completely when a deceleration request by a driver is detected; a throttle control portion that performs valve closing control on a throttle valve so that the amount of air circulating through an intake pipe decreases at a predetermined speed when the deceleration request issued by the driver is detected; and a braking control portion that controls regenerative braking forces of the motor generators so that at least one of the motor generators absorbs the motive power generated by the engine while valve closing control is executed on the throttle valve.

摘要: A shifting device for an electric vehicle having a virtual manual transmission system, that is configured to realize a variety of shift patterns and torque characteristics. The shifting device comprises: an indicator that indicates a shift pattern; and an indication switcher that switches the shift pattern indicated in the indicator to another pattern. At least any one of the number of the shift positions and a virtual gear stage assigned to the shift position in the shift pattern switched by the indication switcher is different from that in the previous shift pattern indicated in the indicator before switched by the indication switcher.

摘要: A method for operating an electric drivetrain of a working machine is provided wherein the drivetrain comprises a work drive with an electric work motor and a travel drive with an electric travel motor and vehicle wheels, wherein the working machine experiences a speed deceleration from the outside that may result in a braking force acting on the vehicle wheels lower than a driving force acting on the vehicle wheels due to a moment of inertia of the travel motor. The method includes supplying the travel motor with a power in a direction opposite to an operating direction of the travel motor in order to reduce a rotational speed of the travel motor, if it is detected in advance using a situation detection that the braking force acting on the vehicle wheels as a result of the speed deceleration is lower than the driving force acting on the vehicle wheels.

摘要: A hybrid vehicle drive unit that includes an intermediate shaft, a starting clutch and motor generator that includes a stator that is fixed to an interior portion of a motor casing that is attached to a housing of the transmission; a rotor support member that is coupled to the clutch drum and has an inner end portion that is rotatably supported by an end wall of the motor casing and a rotor support portion that is fitted to an outer perimeter face of the clutch drum in an axial direction such that there is play between the rotor support portion and the outer perimeter face; and a rotor that is held by the rotor support portion of the rotor support member and is disposed such that an outer perimeter face of the rotor faces an inner perimeter face of the stator.
