摘要: An electric vehicle includes a shift lever and a clutch pedal for simulating manual gear changes of a traditional vehicle equipped with an internal combustion engine and manual transmission, and includes a controller for controlling the operation of the electric vehicle. The driver operates the shift lever in a similar fashion to that of a traditional manual transmission shift lever, however the associated gear positions do not correspond to physical gears in a transmission but rather virtual gear stage modes that correspond to mapped torque characteristics with respect to the rotational speed of the electric motor. The clutch pedal is operated by the driver when the shift lever is operated. The controller calculates the virtual engine speed of the virtual engine based on the virtual gear stage mode selected by the shift lever and the operation amount of the clutch pedal, and displays the virtual engine speed on a display.

摘要: An electric vehicle is configured to be able to perform running by an MT mode that controls an electric motor with a torque characteristic like an MT vehicle having a manual transmission and an internal combustion engine, and running by an EV mode that controls the electric motor with a normal torque characteristic. The electric vehicle includes a mode changeover switch for switching to the running by the MT mode.

摘要: A working vehicle includes a vehicle body, a cabin on the vehicle body, a clutch pedal in the cabin, a clutch on the vehicle body, a clutch operator to engage and disengage the clutch, a linkage including first and second ends, the first end being connected to the clutch operator, and a linkage lock to interlock the clutch pedal with the second end of the linkage so that vibrations of the cabin are reduced or prevented from being transmitted to the clutch.

摘要: A limited slip differential (LSD) is mounted on a driven axle of a vehicle to drive left and right wheels. To control the LSD, a speed of the vehicle is determined. A value of a preload for application to the LSD is also determined. The value of the preload is based on a predicted engine torque and on the speed of the vehicle. A preload is applied to the LSD when the value of the preload is greater than zero.

摘要: A clutch device for a motor vehicle drive train includes an input shaft, a first clutch arranged on the input shaft, a housing wall, a support bearing on the housing wall, an actuating force introduction mechanism, and a first actuating unit. The first clutch has a first clutch component with a carrier and a second clutch component. The first clutch component is directly connected to and axially supported on the input shaft. The actuating force introduction mechanism is rotationally fixed to the first clutch component such that an actuating force which adjusts the first clutch from its open position into its closed position is introduced directly into the input shaft via the carrier and is supported by the input shaft via the support bearing. The first actuating unit is operatively connected to the first clutch and includes a movable actuating bearing arranged to interact with the actuating force introduction mechanism.

摘要: An autonomous driving system for a vehicle (e.g. a racing car) is installed in the space normally allocated to a human driver and is attached to the pre-existing anchor points used for structures that are no longer needed once a human is no longer required, such as the crash protection anchor points. The autonomous driving system enables AI and robotics technology to be seamlessly integrated into existing high-performance race car designs without requiring significant design modifications to the vehicle. This invention enables a new era of motorsport, where for example human drivers in a Formula One car can compete against the same car controlled by an autonomous driving system, because the design integrity of all cars remain identical.

摘要: A mechanism for adjusting the angular position of a vehicle pedal includes a motor for generating and transmitting rotary motion to a rotating member, a first pedal assembly having a first support frame with a first slotted hole, rotatably supported on a first fulcrum and supporting a first pedal, a first motion conversion mechanism, having a first rotating member rotatable about a first rotation axis and a first translating member, receiving and converting rotational motion into translational motion, and a first pin, for joint translation with the first translating member and sliding inside the first slotted hole. Sliding of the first pin draws the first support frame in rotation about the first fulcrum between a first and a second angular position. The mechanism includes a second pedal assembly. The first rotating member is connected to the motor to receive rotary motion. A second rotating member of a second motion conversion mechanism is connected in rotation to the first rotating member through a flexible transmission.

摘要: An adjustable pedal for a motor vehicle, including a pedal arm rotatably mounted on a bearing block, a pedal base body adjustably mounted relative to the pedal arm, as well as a pedal plate provided with an actuation surface arranged on the lower end of the pedal base body. The pedal base body is rotatably mounted on the pedal arm in such a way that an adjustment causes an arcuate movement of the pedal base body and of the pedal plate arranged therein. The pedal plate is rotatably mounted on the pedal base body about a pivot point so that the pedal plate is operatively connected to the mechanism which causes during an adjustment of the pedal base body relative to the pedal arm a forcibly guided rotational movement of the pedal plate about the pivot point.
