    摘要: The method is for reaction treatment including: an organic waste in which oxygen is difficult to penetrate and in which a biochemical reaction by microbe is difficult to occur. This method includes: forcedly supplying oxygen to inner parts of the organic waste to elevate, by biochemical reactions, the temperature of the inner parts of the organic waste to which oxygen has been supplied; and maintaining the elevated temperature to continue the biochemical reactions and thereby compost the organic waste. Thereafter, the organic waste which has been composted is held in the presence of oxygen and carbon monoxide to cause an exothermic reaction and thereby reduce the volume of the organic waste or carbonize the waste.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for preparation of fuel from biomass wherein the biomass is subjected to a heat treatment in a temperature range from 150 to 300 C, in a reactor pressurized with steam and air, wherein the pressure at completed treatment is released. The volume increase of steam and other gases from the pressure release is temporarily accumulated in a container of a flexible volume while steam and other gases are subjected to heat exchange in at least one heat exchanger so that condensable gases are condensed and release their heat of condensation in the at least one heat exchanger.

    摘要: A coal separation unit for a gasification system includes a vessel having a top portion and a bottom portion, a first inlet configured to receive a feed stream including at least coal and ash from a grinding unit, a second inlet configured to receive a wash fluid stream, a first outlet configured to convey a low-ash feed stream, and a second outlet configured to convey an ash-rich stream. In operation, the feed stream is washed with the wash fluid stream in the separation unit to separate at least a portion of the ash from the coal. The separated ash settles to the bottom portion of the vessel and is conveyed via the second outlet as the ash-rich stream. The separated coal floats to the top portion of the vessel and is conveyed via the first outlet to a gasification unit as the low-ash feed stream.

    摘要: In a premixing apparatus that mixes a fuel gas with air and supplies an air-fuel mixture to a burner through a fan, includes a main valve, a zero governor, and a variable throttle valve which are interposed from an upstream side downward in sequence in a gas supply passage, of which an downstream end is connected to a gas suction part that is provided in an air supply passage on an upstream side of a fan, and carries out a first control that regulates an opening degree of the variable throttle valve so that an excess air ratio of the air-fuel mixture, which is indexed based on a flame current that is detected by a flame rod which is exposed in flames of the burner, and a second control that, at time of a post-purge operation, if the flame rod detects the flame current, it will be decided that an open trouble of the main valve occurs and the opening degree of the throttle valve will be tightened till a minimum opening-degree which is set so that the burner is extinguished.
