摘要: A chemical liquid supply apparatus includes a storage container configured to accommodate a chemical liquid for processing a semiconductor substrate, a chemical liquid supply pipe, a supply nozzle, and a grounding conductor. A conductive layer including a non-metallic conductive material is formed on an inner surface of the chemical liquid supply pipe. The supply nozzle includes a non-metallic conductive material. The conductive layer or the supply nozzle is electrically connected to the grounding conductor which is grounded to an outside of the pipe.

摘要: Methods of making solid-state semiconducting films. The methods include forming a mixture by mixing at least two monomers in a pre-determined proportion such that at least one of the at least two monomers contains at least one non-conjugation spacer. Polymerization of the mixture is achieved by reacting the monomers with one another resulting in a solid state polymer which is then purified. The purified solid state polymer is dissolved in an organic solvent to form a homogenous solution which is then deposited onto a substrate, forming a solid-state semiconducting film by evaporating the solvent. Alternatively, the purified solid state polymer is deposited onto a substrate and heated to form a liquid melt, and cooling the liquid melt results in a solid state semiconducting thin film. Also, films comprising a semiconducting polymer composition containing a minimum of one non-conjugation spacer and devices comprising such films.

摘要: The present invention provides a conductive material comprising: (A) a π-conjugated polymer, and (B) a dopant polymer which contains one or more repeating units selected from “a1” to “a4” respectively represented by the following general formula (1) and has a weight-average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000, (C) a nanoparticle which is selected from a gold nanoparticle, a silver nanoparticle, and a platinum nanoparticle and has a particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm. There can be provided a conductive material that has excellent film-formability and also can form a conductive film having high transparency and conductivity, superior flexibility and flatness when the film is formed from the material.

摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor is obtained by a method which includes dissolving a polymerizable material for being converted into a conductive polymer in a water-soluble organic solvent to obtain a solution, adding the solution to water while homogenizing the solution to obtain a sol, immersing an anode body having a dielectric layer in the surface of the anode body in the sol, and applying voltage using the anode body as a positive electrode and a counter electrode as a negative electrode placed in the sol to electropolymerize the polymerizable material. An electropolymerizable liquid for producing a conductive polymer, the liquid composed of a sol comprising water, a water-soluble organic solvent, and a polymerizable material for being converted into the conductive polymer.

摘要: Disclosed are an organic semiconductor thin film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thin film transistor and an electronic device including the organic semiconductor thin film. The organic semiconductor thin film includes a matrix. The matrix includes an elastomer and nanoconfined polymer structures embedded in the matrix. The nanoconfined polymer structures form a polymer network. The nanoconfined polymer structures include a conjugation semiconductor polymer. The conjugation semiconductor polymer includes a repeating unit having at least one conjugation system in its main chain. The nanoconfined polymer structures are present in an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer of the organic semiconductor thin film respectively.
