摘要: An electrolytic capacitor includes at least one capacitor element. The at least one capacitor element includes: an anode body including an anode lead portion, and a cathode forming portion; a dielectric layer disposed on at least a surface of the cathode forming portion of the anode body; and a cathode part covering at least a part of the dielectric layer. The cathode part includes a solid electrolyte layer that contains a conductive polymer, and covers at least a part of the dielectric layer. A ratio T1/T2 of a thickness T1 of the solid electrolyte layer formed at a corner portion of the anode body to a thickness T2 of the solid electrolyte layer formed at a center portion of a principal surface of the anode body is in a range from 0.8 to 1.7, inclusive, in a cross section of the at least one capacitor element.

摘要: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element and electrolytic solution. The capacitor element includes an anode body with an oxide film, and a solid electrolyte contacting the oxide film. The electrolytic solution contains a solvent and a solute. The solvent contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a lactone compound, a glycol compound, and a sulfone compound. The solute includes a first acid component and a base component. The first acid component includes at least one of a benzenedicarboxylic acid and a derivative of the benzenedicarboxylic acid. The base component includes at least one of an amine and an amidine. A concentration of the solute in the electrolytic solution ranges from 15% by mass to 40% by mass, inclusive. A ratio (V/Vw) of a formation voltage V of the oxide film to a rated voltage Vw of the electrolytic capacitor is less than or equal to 1.7.

The second polymer electrically connects together the anode and cathode members. Between the surfaces of the anode and cathode members and between the inner face of a case and the outer face of the capacitor element, a solid-at-normal-temperature substance is disposed that has an electrolyte dissolved in a solvent that is solid at or below a first temperature and that melts when heated to or above a second temperature higher than the first temperature.

摘要: A hybrid-type solid electrolytic capacitor which suppresses corrosive reaction even if chlorine ions are contaminated while suppressing deterioration of product characteristics. The solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element including an anode foil and a cathode foil facing each other and an electrolyte layer formed in the capacitor element. The electrolyte layer includes a solid electrolyte layer including a dopant and a conjugated polymer, and an electrolyte solution filled in air gaps in the capacitor element on which the solid electrolyte layer is formed. The electrolyte layer includes a cation component at a molecular ratio of 6 or less relative to 1 mol of a functional group which can contribute to a doping reaction of the dopant, and the electrolytic solution includes a sulfolane-based solvent.

摘要: In an electrolytic capacitor having a capacitor element housed inside a body case where the capacitor element has a first electrode member and a second electrode member wound up with a separator in between and where the capacitor element holding an electrolyte solution, there is provided, between the first and second electrode members, a conductive polymer particle band in which conductive polymer particles of a conductive polymer in a dense state are disposed to extend in the longitudinal direction of the separator, the conductive polymer particle band contains a cellulose derivative, and the conductive polymer particle band is provided to cover, within at least one of regions on opposite sides of the center line of the separator in its lateral direction, one half or more of the region in the lateral direction.
