Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element; a bottomed case that houses the capacitor element; a sealing member that seals an opening of the bottomed case; a tab terminal connected to the capacitor element and penetrating through the sealing member; and a resin layer that covers at least part of a main surface of the sealing member, the main surface being disposed outside the bottomed case. The tab terminal includes a first portion containing a first metal and a second portion containing a second metal. The resin layer is in contact with the first portion and the second portion. Linear expansion coefficient α1 of the first metal, linear expansion coefficient α2 of the second metal, and linear expansion coefficient αr of the resin layer satisfy a relation of α1

Abstract: An electrical storage device includes an electrical storage element and an electrolytic solution. The electrical storage element is formed of an anode body, a cathode body facing the anode body, and a separator interposed between the anode body and the cathode body. The separator includes a separator substrate and a conductive polymer adhering to the separator substrate. The electrical storage element is impregnated with the electrolytic solution. The separator includes a first surface layer having a first surface facing the anode body and a second surface layer having a second surface facing the cathode body. The first surface layer includes a first region that is not provided with the conductive polymer, and the second surface layer includes a second region provided with the conductive polymer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing an electrolytic capacitor, the method including the steps of preparing an anode foil that includes a dielectric layer, a cathode foil, and a fiber structure; preparing a conductive polymer dispersion liquid that contains a conductive polymer component and a dispersion medium; producing a separator by applying the conductive polymer dispersion liquid to the fiber structure and then removing at least a portion of the dispersion medium; and producing a capacitor element by sequentially stacking the anode foil, the separator, and the cathode foil. The dispersion medium contains water. The fiber structure contains a synthetic fiber in an amount of 50 mass % or more. The fiber structure has a density of 0.2 g/cm3 or more and less than 0.45 g/cm3.

Abstract: A power storage device has a power storage element and an electrolytic solution. The power storage element includes an anode body, a cathode body opposed to the anode body, and a separator interposed between the anode body and the cathode body. The separator includes a separator base material and a conductive polymer deposited on the separator base material. The power storage element is impregnated with the electrolytic solution. The separator has a first surface layer, which includes a first surface opposed to the anode body, and a second surface layer, which includes a second surface opposed to the cathode body. An amount of the conductive polymer deposited in a first separator half body, which is a part from a center of the separator to the first surface, is greater than an amount of the conductive polymer deposited in a second separator half body, which is a part from the center of the separator to the second surface.

Abstract: A power storage device includes an electricity storage element, a case, and a sealing member which includes an elastic member. The elastic member contains an elastic polymer and a hindered phenol compound. The hindered phenol compound having a phenol skeleton includes a first hindered group and a second hindered group. The first hindered group is bonded to a first substitution site of the phenol skeleton, and the second hindered group is bonded to a second substitution site of the phenol skeleton. Each of the first substitution site and second substitution site is adjacent to a substitution site of the phenol skeleton to which a phenolic hydroxy group is bonded. One of one or more tertiary carbon atoms in the first hindered group and one of one or more tertiary carbon atoms in the second hindered group are bonded to the first substitution site and the second substitution site, respectively.

The anode body has a surface provided with a dielectric layer. The solid electrolyte is in contact with the dielectric layer, is disposed between the anode body and the cathode body and contains conductive polymer. The liquid component is in contact with the dielectric layer and the solid electrolyte and contains a solvent and an acid component. The acid component contains a first polymer acid component including a sulfonic acid group or a carboxylic acid group.
