摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a stacked body having a plurality of stacked solid electrolytic capacitor elements being stacked, a first side electrode arranged on a first side surface of the stacked body, and a second side electrode arranged on a second side surface of the stacked body. Each of the solid electrolytic capacitor elements may include an anode electrode layer, a dielectric layer, a cathode electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and an insulating region arranged on the anode electrode layer and adjacent to a side of the solid electrolyte layer. The first distance between the anode electrode layer and the second side electrode may be smaller than the second distance between the insulating region and the second side electrode.

摘要: A disclosed electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element. The capacitor element includes an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on a surface of the anode body, a cathode body, and a electrolyte layer and a separator that are disposed between the dielectric layer and the cathode body. The electrolyte layer includes a non-aqueous solvent, conductive particles, and a conductive polymer. An amount of the conductive particles present in a first portion included in the electrolyte layer and located on the dielectric layer side is different from an amount of the conductive particles in a second portion included in the electrolyte layer and located on the cathode body side.

摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor comprising a capacitor element that contains a sintered porous anode body formed from a valve metal powder having a specific charge of about 50,000 μF*V/g or more, a dielectric that overlies the anode body, and a solid electrolyte that overlies the dielectric that includes a conductive polymer is provided. The capacitor exhibits an anomalous charging current of about 0.25 amps or less when charged at a constant voltage rate increase of 120 volts per second, determined at a temperature of 23° C. and voltage of 16 volts.
