摘要: A polymer brush includes a substrate material, a polymerization initiator layer containing a hydrolysis and condensation polymerization polymer comprising a first organosilane and a metal alkoxide on a surface of said substrate material, and polymer chains extending from a surface of the polymerization initiator layer. The first organosilane is a polymerization initiator group-containing organosilane having the following formula (I): X—R1-Ph-(R2)m—Si—R3nR43-n . . . (I) where X stands for a halogen atom, R1 stands for an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, Ph stands for a phenylene group, R2 stands for a C1 to C10 alkylene group optionally via an oxygen atom, R3 stands for an alkoxy group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or chloro group, R4 stands for an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, m is 0 or 1, n is 1, 2 or 3.

摘要: The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide an antifogging coating film having excellent antifogging property, antifogging persistence, persistence of appearance, and elution resistance. The coating film according to the present invention contains a metal oxide (A) and a hydrophilic compound (B); the height of the eluate by a coating film surface elution test is 1.0 μm or less; this test is carried out by placing 10 μL of deionized water on the coating film, allowing the film to stand for 24 hours in a 23° C., 50% RH environment, measuring the eluate height of 20 locations selected randomly within a 10 cm2 range on the coating film surface, and determining the maximum height; and the water contact angle measured after subjecting the coating film to a moisture resistance test by exposure for 24 hours in an 85° C., 85% RH environment followed by standing for one hour in a 23° C., 50% RH environment, is less than 40°. Preferably, the elution level per coating film unit volume by a coating film total elution test is 40 mg/cm3 or less, and this test is carried out by immersing the coating film in 23° C. deionized water for 24 hours, then measuring the weight of the coating film eluate recovered from the deionized water.

摘要: A heat ray-shielding film has excellent heat-shielding performance and a color tone, and exhibits weather resistance. A heat ray-shielding laminated transparent base material and a heat ray-shielding resin sheet material use the heat ray-shielding film. The heat ray-shielding film and the heat ray-shielding resin sheet material are expressed by a general formula MyWOz, and contain a composite tungsten oxide particle having a hexagonal crystal structure, selected wavelength absorbing material, and thermoplastic resin. The selected wavelength absorbing material has a transmission profile in which a transmittance of a light of a wavelength of 420 nm can be set to 40% or less when a transmittance of a light of a wavelength of 550 nm is 90% or more, and a transmittance of a light of a wavelength of 460 nm is 90% or more.
