    摘要： A beverage dispenser for dispensing a carbonated beverage includes a housing defining an interior volume and having a first surface proximal to the beverage source and a second surface distal to the beverage source. The beverage dispenser includes a conduit in fluid communication with the beverage source entering the first surface of the housing and terminating proximate the second surface of the housing. The dispenser includes a flow rate controller including a processor disposed within the interior volume of said housing and a subsurface dispensing nozzle in fluid communication with the terminal end of the conduit. The dispenser also includes a user interface including user-selectable indicia for providing data to the processor. The flow through the conduit to the subsurface dispensing nozzle is compensated to maintain substantially hydraulic beverage flow within the conduit, and is based on data provided to the processor by a user operation of the user interface.

    摘要： A tilter for holding a container in a tilted position for receiving a beverage being dispensed from a dispensing system such as a beer faucet, which holds the container, such as a cup or mug, in an initial highly tilted orientation for receiving the dispensed beverage, and which progressively reduces the degree of tilt as the container fills. The tilter can operate in cooperation with the lever or other actuator of a dispenser to automatically be tilted to the initial highly tilted orientation when the actuator is operated to initially dispense, and to automatically operate the actuator to stop the dispensing of the beverage when a final reduced degree of tilt is reached and present the filled container for removal from the tilter.

    摘要： An assembly for dispensing a beverage includes a collapsible beverage container having an outlet with a connecting element; a pressure chamber configured to accommodate the beverage container and including a lid; a heat transfer system operable on the pressure chamber; a pressure source operable to provide a predetermined pressure to the interior of the pressure chamber; and a dispensing line connectable with the outlet of the beverage container so as to extend from the outlet through an opening in the lid to a dispensing tap. The beverage is dispensed by providing the predetermined pressure to the interior of the pressure chamber and the beverage container therein. As the dispensing line is opened at the dispensing tap, the beverage container collapses in response to the applied pressure, forcing the beverage into the dispensing line and out the tap without being supplied with or being in contact with any gas.
