摘要: A method for making a valve stem seal, comprising the steps of providing a metal retainer having a top portion and a body portion. The body portion having a first section and a second section. In a first state, the first section of the body portion is cylindrical and the second section of the body portion is cone shaped. Providing a hollow mold. Inserting the metal retainer into the outer mold piece, inserting the inner mold piece into the metal retainer, and then securing the inner and outer mold pieces to each other. Filling a cavity around the top portion of the metal retainer with an elastomeric compound. Removing the metal retainer and the formed rubber sealing element from the mold pieces, and pressing downward over the formed valve stem seal to compress the second section of the body portion radially inwardly.

摘要: A valve assembly is provided. The valve assembly includes a valve body having a valve chamber and a plurality of ports into the valve chamber. The plurality of ports include a first port, a second port, and a third port. The first port and the second port are aligned with a common axis and located on opposite sides of the valve chamber. The system further includes a valve member located within the valve chamber. The valve member is a rotatable ball having a fluid passage that extends through the ball and includes an opening at the end of the ball. The fluid passage is substantially oval-shaped when viewed at the opening in a direction parallel to the fluid passage. The valve assembly further includes a valve stem that is coupled to a valve member and has a first end that extends from the valve body.

摘要: A suction valve stem, a suction valve, an endoscopic valve kit, and a method for molding a stem are provided. The suction valve stem includes: a button head, and a stem body connecting to the button head. The stem body includes: an air passage through the center bore, a recessed slot, disposed on the stem body below the button head and above the side opening, a sealing area, disposed on the stem body below the side opening, and a flat, disposed on the stem body. The air passage includes a side opening disposed on side surface of the stem body and a bottom opening disposed at a bottom end of the stem body. The recessed slot is disposed 90 degrees from the side opening. The flat is disposed 90 degrees from the side opening and has a fluid communication to the bottom end of the stem body.

摘要: A valve seat support for a solenoid valve consists of a sleeve-shaped support housing for accommodating a valve seat body, which is produced from a plastic and which has the contour of a hollow cylinder. The support housing has, on the periphery thereof, a plurality of small-surface recesses, which are directly radially inward and which are surrounded by the plastic of the valve seat body on all sides in order to establish an interlocking connection between the support housing and the valve seat body.

摘要: The invention in question is a sealing method for injection molded polypropylene plastic valves, allowing simple and safe sealing of the valve in closed, semi-open and open positions without having to manually add the sealing material, as well as the sealing rib related to the method. The type of valve comprises of two parts (see FIG. 1): a) The Valve Body (2) with inlet (7), outlet (8) and a chamber for the Valve Core (1) b) The Valve Core (1), with the handle (4), valve opening (6) and sealing material (3) The invented method is using double injection techniques to shape the polypropylene Valve Core (1) of the valve in the first injection stage and then apply the thermoplastic elastomer sealing material (3) to the surface of the polypropylene Valve Core (1) in the second stage. In this way the Valve Core (1) and the Sealing Material (3) is made as one part in one single process, but with two separate injection stages. The Sealing Material (3) which is adhered to the surface of the Valve Core (1) is creating a sealing barrier where there is interference between the Sealing Material (3) and the Valve Body (2). The actual sealing is made by a protruded Sealing Rib (5) at the edges of the area of the Sealing Material (3). The elastomer Sealing Rib (5), which will seal against the inner surface of the Valve Body (2), is carefully measured to ensure proper sealing in all open/closing stages, while at the same time not adding too much friction between the parts. This way proper sealing is achieved, without having to increase the torque required to open and close the valve.

摘要: A vent structure includes: a first housing component having an opening portion for ventilation; a gas-permeable membrane that is attached to the first housing component to close the opening portion; and a laser welding portion that joins the first housing component with the gas-permeable membrane. The gas-permeable membrane includes a main body including a fluororesin film and a porous resin sheet that is laid on the main body. The porous resin sheet is located on the surface side of the vent structure. Both of the main body and the outer peripheral portion of the porous resin sheet that projects outwardly from the main body are fixed to the first housing component by the laser welding portion.
