    Abstract: A beverage dispensing machine which defines a service opening through which beverage dispensing equipment is accessible to an operator includes a service door on a housing that is movable between an open position, such that the beverage dispensing equipment is accessible to an operator via the service opening, and a closed position, such that the service door closes the service opening so that the beverage dispensing equipment is inaccessible to the operator. A display panel on the service door displays operational characteristics of the beverage dispensing equipment. When the service door is in the open position the display panel is maneuverable so that the display panel is angled towards the service opening so that an operator can view the display panel while accessing the beverage dispensing equipment via the service opening.

    Abstract: A product storage and handling system for a beverage dispenser is characterized by a cabinet in which a plurality of bins are removably supported on one or more shelves that may be slid into and out of the cabinet. Each bin is for containing a removable container of liquid beverage component, a fluid valve of which container extends downward through and is releasably secured against vertical movement in a lower opening in the bin. A connector coupled to a fluid line leading to a beverage valve of a beverage dispenser is arranged to be conveniently fluid coupled with and decoupled from the fluid valve of the bag. When a shelf of slid out of the cabinet, the bins supported by it may, if desired, be lifted off of and replaced on the shelf for during replacement of a depleted bag of liquid beverage component. Alternatively, the bins may remain supported on the shelf during replacement of a depleted bag of liquid beverage component.

    Abstract: A post mix dispenser having a refrigerated cabinet at the top which houses separate containers for different juice concentrates. The machine mixes potable water with the concentrate on demand. The potable water is cooled in an ice bath at the rear of the cabinet, in the same refrigeration system which cools the ice bath provides a source for cooling air circulated in the cabinet about the concentrate containers.     Abstract: A dispensing unit for dispensing a beverage from a pressurized container having a tapping column fixed to and extending normal to the top surface of a top plate with an opening and forming an elbow is disclosed. The column has an elongated inner channel bringing in fluid communication the support plate with a tapping pinch valve located in a tapping head at the elbow. The tapping pinch valve has jaws for receiving in pinching relationship the outlet end of the dispensing line and controlling flow of liquid by varying the distance between the jaws from a closed to an open position. A flexible dispensing line, having inlet and outlet ends, extends in the channel. The outlet end engages the pinch valve, and the inlet end connects to a keg. A device for opening the channel includes the pinch valve so a distance larger than the open position separates the jaws.

Means are included within the cabinet for storing the spout tower. A drink rail at least partially surrounds a platform surface adjacent the spout tower, the platform also including a drain for spillage connected to an internal waste container. The cabinet skin may be employed to display advertising or decorative images. A table top version includes the beverage cooling chamber but no wheels nor storage chamber.
