The homogeneity detection circuit comprises a first input, a second input and a comparison circuit. The first input receives a first signal being related to a first driving signal for driving a first valve. The second input receives a second signal being related to a second driving signal for driving a second valve. The comparison circuit compares the first signal with the second signal and generates a warning signal if predetermined differences are detected between the first driving signal and the second driving signal.

    摘要: A solenoid valve includes: a valve body having a fitting hole; a tubular sleeve fitted in a fitting hole and having a valve hole, a supply port, and an output port; and a spool valve that is accommodated in the valve hole of the sleeve and that changes a flow passage area between the supply port and the output port by moving axially. A pair of recessed portions is formed in an outer peripheral face of the sleeve, at positions on axially opposite sides of the supply port, so as to extend in the circumferential direction of the sleeve. A strip-shaped first strainer is fitted in the recessed portions. A cutout into which a pressure for suppressing an offset of the central axis of the sleeve from the central axis of the fitting hole, is formed in the sleeve so as to be communicated with the supply port.
