    Abstract: A pedestrian protection device for a motor vehicle includes a crossbar and a deformation device which is arranged in front of the crossbar. The deformation device has bending limbs with ends which contact a surface or come into contact with the surface in the event of a collision of the motor vehicle and which are designed to be movable along the surface as a result of the collision, and a latching device is formed on the surface, said latching device being latchable with the ends of the bending limbs as a result of the collision. The deformation device has a plurality of such bending limbs, wherein a first bending limb and a second bending limb are arranged adjacently to each other, and the first bending limb and the second bending limb are offset relative to each other in the movement direction of the bending limbs and/or the end of the first bending limb and the end of the second bending limb are designed to be movable in opposite directions.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a front end panel assembly for an electric vehicle, the assembly comprising a front cover having side edges, the front cover extending in a bended shape such that a first angle α is enclosed between a first portion and a second portion of the front cover;
    and a carrier structure comprising a base and a peripheral wall extending from the base, wherein the carrier structure comprises a first part and a second part that enclose a second angle β; wherein the upstanding wall connects to the front cover at or near at least part of the side edges of the front cover, such that a space is formed and enclosed between the front cover and the carrier structure, wherein the first portion of the front cover covers the first part of the carrier structure, and the second portion of the front cover covers the second part of the carrier structure.
    The invention also relates to a vehicle provided with such a front end panel assembly.

    Abstract: A hood panel is provided. The hood panel includes a plurality of first layers formed of a reinforced fiber and a resin and a plurality of second layers including a complex portion formed of a reinforced fiber and a resin and a resin portion formed of a resin. The first layer and the second layers form a multilayer structure.     Abstract: A vehicle front structure is provided that can absorb collision energy with respect to not only a load from above but also a lateral load. A vehicle front structure includes a cowl side panel, a front hood, a fender panel forming a seam with the front hood, a fender upper cover disposed extending in a vehicle front-rear direction, and a bracket connecting the cowl side panel and the fender upper cover to each other and serving to dispose the fender upper cover at a predetermined position. The fender upper cover has an attachment wall to which the bracket is fixed and an inclined wall extending upward from an end of the attachment wall on an outward side with respect to a vehicle width direction while being inclined inward with respect to the vehicle width direction, and covering the seam from inside a vehicle.
