摘要: A vehicle puddle lamp assembly including a housing, a lens coupled to the housing, and a printed circuit board mounted to the housing. At least one near-infrared light source to emit near-infrared light through the lens is coupled to the printed circuit board. A palm image sensor is also coupled to the printed circuit board. The palm image sensor is configured to detect a palm vein pattern illuminated by the near-infrared light and reflected from a user's palm through the lens.

A vehicle camera according to at least one embodiment includes a water-repellent coating layer configured to allow a contact angle of water droplets to be formed at at least a predetermined angle, a reflective member having a reflective surface configured to change an optical path, a lens group including at least one or more lenses that have high heat resistance and a glass transition temperature of 140° C. or higher, and an optical filter group including at least one or more optical filters, wherein the water-repellent coating layer, the reflective member, the lens group, and the optical filter group are arranged in order of appearance from an object side along an optical axis.

摘要: A vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror head adjustably mounted at a mounting arm via a link that pivotally attaches at one end to the mirror head and pivotally attaches at another end to the mounting arm. With the mounting arm attached at the side of a vehicle, the mirror head is adjustable relative to the mounting arm between a retracted position and an extended position. An adjustment mechanism is operable to adjust the mirror head relative to the mounting arm and includes an electrically operated motor that operates to pivotally adjust the link, which swings the mirror head along an arcuate path. When the motor is operated to pivotally adjust the link to adjust the mirror head relative to the mounting arm, an angle of the mirror head relative to the side of the vehicle at which the vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly is attached is also adjusted.

摘要: A vehicular visual recognition control device including an in-out motor configured to change a visual recognition range of vehicle surroundings for an occupant, sensors (a vehicle speed sensor, turning switches, and a steering angle sensor) configured to detect conditions for changing including a start condition to start changing the visual recognition range and a reversion condition to revert to the original visual recognition range prior to changing, and an ECU. When the condition for changing has been detected in the detection results of the sensors, the ECU controls the in-out motor according to the detected condition for changing. When an intent of the occupant is detected from at least one of a change amount of vehicle speed or a change amount of steering angle, the ECU controls the in-out motor according to the detected intent of the occupant, unrelated to the condition for changing.

摘要: An exterior rearview mirror assembly for a vehicle includes a mirror head adjustably mounted at a mounting arm and adjustable between a retracted position and an extended position. The mirror reflective element is oriented to provide a driver of the vehicle a field of view rearward and sideward of the vehicle with the mounting arm attached at the side of the vehicle when the mirror head is in the retracted position and when the mirror head is in the extended position. The mirror head is connected to the mounting arm via pivotable first and second links that cooperatively pivot relative to the mounting arm and the mirror head to move the mirror head between the retracted and extended positions. An actuator is disposed at an end of the first link and operates to pivot the first link to move the mirror head between the retracted position and the extended position.

摘要: A seat assembly is provided with a seat back, and first and second actuators oriented in first and second regions of the seat back. A safety restraint is connected to the seat back. A controller is programmed to operate the first and second actuators to adjust the first and second regions of the seat back. The controller may adjust the safety restraint in response to the adjustment of the actuators to coordinate the adjustment of the safety restraint with the sequential posture alignment. The controller may also adjust a vehicle vision device concurrently with the actuators to coordinate the adjustment of the vehicle vision device with the sequential posture alignment. The controller may also adjust a vehicle drive control manual input device concurrently with the adjustment of the actuators to coordinate the adjustment of the vehicle drive control manual input device with the sequential posture alignment.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an indicator module for an exterior rearview mirror assembly for a vehicle includes providing a hollow housing formed by injection molding of plastic material and providing a circuit board having a first side and a second side opposite the first side, with at least one light emitting diode disposed at the first side of the circuit board. The circuit board is disposed between a rear end and a front end of the housing such that the first side of the circuit board faces the front end of the housing. With the circuit board disposed between the rear and front ends of the housing, potting material is disposed at and over the second side of the circuit board to seal the rear side of the circuit board. A diffuser element is attached at the front end of the housing and closes the front end of the housing.
