A transportation system is disclosed herein. The transportation system may be useful to convey a user from an origin to a destination. The transportation system includes a network of enclosed passageways, roadway lanes passing though and networking within the passageways, vehicles able to pass along the roadway lanes within the passageways, and multiple passenger terminals dispersed along the passageways to effect boarding of passengers onto the vehicles. The passageways have an interior for containing the rails and vehicles, and an exterior. The vehicle has at least one induction motor for propulsion which engages the electromagnetic rail, a storage device electrically powering the motor, and a braking system able to decelerate the vehicle.

The present disclosure relates to a trolley wire detection device and a trolley wire detection system . The trolley wire is disposed on a guide rail and is disposed along an extending direction of the guide rail; the trolley wire detection device includes a current collector assembly connected to the trolley wire; a power mechanism, slidably disposed on the guide rail; and an engagement assembly disposed between the current collector assembly and the power mechanism, the engagement assembly being configured to provide a preset engagement force to connect the current collector assembly and the power mechanism; wherein the power mechanism is configured to drive the current collector assembly to move along the trolley wire through the engagement assembly, and the current collector assembly is configured to be disengaged from the power mechanism when a resistance generated by the trolley wire is greater than the preset engagement force.
摘要:
Copper trolley wire consisting essentially of at least 99.90% copper and at most 0.10% of a metal selected from the group consisting of silver, cadmium, tellurium, titanium, magnesium, manganese, chromium, zirconium, tin and combinations thereof, has a minimum tensile strength well exceeding that listed in ASTM Standard B47-95a for copper trolley wire. The copper trolley wire has a uniform fine grain size. The copper trolley wire is manufactured using a process of casting a copper rod of the appropriate composition, hot working or “conforming” the cast rod to reduce its diameter, and then cold working it to form the desired wire by drawing it through one or more dies. Preferably, no annealing step is used.

An electric drive dump truck travels by contacting, with trolley lines, power collection units configured to be moved up and down by lifting devices and receiving electrical power from the trolley lines. A position detection device is configured to detect a position of the electric drive dump truck; a vehicle speed detection device is configured to detect a vehicle speed of the electric drive dump truck; and a storage section is configured to store a position of the trolley lines and a time (hereinafter referred to as a moving-up time) until the power collection units contact with the trolley lines since the power collection units start moving up. A control device is configured to output a signal indicating that the power collection units can be moved up based on the position and vehicle speed of the electric drive dump truck, the position of the trolley lines, and the moving-up time.

A transportation system with a non-rail-bound, electrically or diesel-electrically driven vehicle, has a two-pole overhead conductor system with contact wires forming supply and return conductors. The vehicle has a current collector for the supply of electrical energy through sliding contact with the contact wires. A video detector on the vehicle determines a position of the contact wires relative to the vehicle. Marking elements mark the position of the contact wires. The video detector is oriented for taking video images of the marking elements, and an evaluation unit recognizes from a recorded video image whether contact wires are present above the vehicle and, when they are present, determines their position relative to the vehicle. Through the improved recognition of the position of the vehicle relative to the overhead conductor the operational safety of the transportation system is improved.

A contact conductor for electric vehicles is produced from an aluminum alloy containing an excess of silicon. The alloy comprises 0.1-1% by weight magnesium, 1-7% by weight silicon and the balance being aluminum and incidental impurities. The conductor is produced by the steps of: (1) casting the alloy into a continuous bar, (2) hot rolling to rod without intermediate cooling, (3) quenching the hot rolled rod, (4) cold deforming the quenched rod and (5) subjecting the cold deformed rod to artificial aging.
