摘要： A storage electric sealer comprises a casing, a sealing module, a spring switch, a support cover, a press bar, and a sliding plate. The casing and the sealing module are arranged on the casing. The support cover includes at least two containing grooves. The press bar provided with a sliding chute is pivotally connected with the pivoting holder of the casing. The sliding plate is provided with a heat insulation block and at least a stopper, both lateral side of the sliding plate being connected with the sliding chute of the press bar in a sliding manner. Wherein, the sliding plate is located at a closed position in storage state, so that the stopper is accommodated in the containing groove of the support cover. As such, the storage electric sealer can be transformed into a storage state by a modified sliding mechanism to reduce the volume and damage rate effectively.

摘要： Disclosed is a tray sealing apparatus for sealing a disposable tray with a thermoplastic sealing film. The tray sealing apparatus includes: a base body having a top surface and a tray reception cavity formed in the upper surface; and a heater unit for heating the sealing film that the sealing film adheres by fusion to the flange of the tray inserted in the tray reception cavity. The heater unit includes a principal surface with a predetermined width, and a thin strip-type electric heating element formed in a closed curve shape corresponding to the shape of the flange of the tray. When sealing the tray with the seal film by fusion, the peripheral surface of the electric heating element is disposed along the whole flange of the tray with the seal film being interposed therebetween so as to apply the heat generated by the electric heating element to the seal film.

An apparatus for performing the above process is also disclosed.

摘要： Devices and methods for fusing materials using a heating element, where the overall mass to be sealed varies along the length of the seal. According to the invention, the heating element has a different profile in different areas. According to some aspects, the thickness and/or cross section of the heating element is different in different areas so that when a current is passed through the heating element, each area heats to a different degree. In some aspects, the heating element is shaped to conform to the shape of the parts to be fused together. The transition between areas of different thickness or cross-sectional area, or between areas of different shape may be sharply defined. This abrupt transition may be created by machining the heating element to a finished shape rather than bending flat stock to shape.

摘要： A machine and method for making bags is described and includes a web traveling from an input section to a rotary drum, to an output section. The rotary drum includes at least one seal bar, having a single sealing zone, and a weakening zone disposed within the single sealing zone. The single sealing zone may be a heated perforator, and may include a heating wire. The heating wire may be an NiCr wire stitched into the heater, and be disposed on a cap or on the seal bar. The weakening zone may create a line of weakness that is uniform or varies in intensity. The sealing zone may include temperature zones, cartridge heaters, cooling air, or heated air, or a source of ultrasonic, microwave or radiative energy.

摘要： A hand-held electric sealer with a detachable sealing module includes a casing, a sealing module, and a press bar. The casing includes, among others, a front contact holder which is provided with an engagement hole. The sealing module includes, among others, a lower cover from underside of which extended an engagement piece. The engagement piece of the sealing module can be engaged with the engagement hole of the casing, such that the sealing module can be conveniently attached to, or detached from, the casing, and that replacement of a damaged sealing module can be readily achieved. In addition, for the sealing module dual heating wires may also be employed so as to obtain a desirable sealing effect to plastic bags.
