A control device of the injection molding machine includes an injection control unit that controls a stop process for stopping a movement of the injection member and a holding pressure process for controlling a pressure acting on the molding material from the injection member, a pressure monitoring unit that monitors an actual value of the pressure in the stop process, and a timing setting unit that sets a timing when the stop process is to be switched to the holding pressure process on the basis of the actual value of the pressure in the stop process and a value offset from a set value of the pressure at a time of start of the holding pressure process to a high pressure side by a predetermined amount.

摘要: Non-time dependent calculated variables based on measured strain are used to effectively determine an optimal hold profile for an expanding crosslinking polymer part in a mold cavity. A system and/or approach may first inject molten expanding crosslinking polymer into a mold cavity, then measure strain at the mold cavity or at another location within the injection molding system, and then calculate at least one non-time dependent variable during an injection molding cycle. Next, the system and/or method commences a hold profile for the part, and upon completing the hold profile, the part is ejected from the mold cavity, whereupon a cure profile is commenced.

摘要: An apparatus for producing a fiber-reinforced injection molded component includes an injection mold half with a mold cavity and a receiving chamber open to the mold cavity. A band section of a fiber-reinforced plastics band is fed into the receiving chamber through a feed channel and a first clamping device arranged in an initial region of the receiving chamber and a second clamping device arranged in an end region of the receiving chamber clamp the fiber-reinforced plastics band section within the receiving chamber. A first cut-through device arranged in the initial region of the receiving chamber and a second cut-through device arranged in the end region of the receiving chamber cut the band section such that an injection molded component formed in the cavity of the mold includes the cut fiber-reinforced plastics band section and a fiber-reinforced injection molded component is provided.

The facility includes a forming machine with a forming station where a preform is formed into a container. The initial adjustment method includes: determining a preform parameter relative to the preform model and a container parameter relative to the container model to be produced based on the preform model; determining at least one adjustment parameter of the forming machine, making it possible to produce a container in conformance with the container model based on a preform in conformance with the preform model; and adjusting the forming machine according to the preform, container and adjustment parameters. The step for determining at least one adjustment parameter of the forming machine is done by calculation based on pre-recorded formulas, utilizing the preform and container parameters.

摘要: A method for regulating an injection molding process in which process setting variables of an injection molding machine are controlled via a regulating module, which receives data from a process-internal sensor system of the injection molding machine, data on the fabricating sequence of the injection molding component parts from an external sensor system and/or data on the quality of a fabricated injection molded component part from an online component part control, evaluates these data in a quality prognosis module and, as a function of the data evaluation, performs a change in the process setting variables of the injection molding machine, because of the change in the process setting values, the working point of the injection molding machine being changed so that the quality features of the injection molded component parts fabricated using the changed working point lie within the specified tolerances of the quality of the injection molded component parts.
