    摘要: Pneumatic machining device includes a fixing plate, a hollow piston shell, a piston group, a machining tool, a first sealing group, and a second sealing group. The piston shell is fixed to the fixing plate and coupled to a first external pressure source and second external pressure source to feed gas into the piston shell to drive the piston group and the machining tool, respectively. The piston group and the first and second sealing groups are received inside the piston shell. The piston group is driven by the first external pressure source to move away from the fixing plate. The first and second sealing groups divide the piston shell into a number of chambers for controlling a gas pressure. The machining tool is coupled to the piston group and extends out of the piston shell to machine a workpiece as the piston group moves away from the fixing plate.

    摘要: A sander capable of correcting airflow amount comprises a body and a correction valve. The body includes an air intake passage to receive pressurized air, a drive motor driven by the pressurized air to rotate at a rotational speed including a preset range and an excessive range, and a regulation valve located on the air intake passage to adjust the rotational speed of the drive motor in the preset range. The correction valve includes an adjustment portion operable in an adjustment displacement and a mask wall movable by the adjustment portion to block the air intake passage. The adjustment portion determines the flow amount of the pressurized air passing through the correction valve according to the adjustment displacement thereof to confine the rotational speed of the drive motor from the excessive range to the preset range, thereby controls the rotational speed of the drive motor in the preset range.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to an apparatus for grinding or polishing at least one edge of a glass substrate. The apparatus includes a grinding unit configured to remove a predetermined amount of material from the edge when in an aligned position. The grinding unit applies a predetermined force normal to the edge. An air bearing slide system is coupled to the grinding unit. The air bearing slide system is configured to slide along a predetermined axis on a thin film of pressurized air that provides a zero friction load bearing interface. A linear actuation motor is coupled to the air bearing slide system. The linear actuation motor is configured to control the movement of the air bearing slide system such that the grinding unit is moved from a non-aligned position to the aligned position.

The robot arm assembly is rotatably connected to the controlling seat; and the polishing mechanism is mounted on the robot arm assembly. The polishing mechanism includes a housing with a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion, a pair of magnetic valves mounted in the housing and electrically connected to the controlling seat, a first polishing assembly partially received in the first mounting portion, and a second polishing assembly partially received in the second mounting portion. The first polishing assembly and the second polishing assembly define an angle therebetween and are respectively connected to the pair of magnetic valves, such that the pair of magnetic valves controls the first and the second polishing assembly respectively to polish one or more workpiece. The present invention further discloses a polishing mechanism of the manipulator.

    摘要: A spin index fixture has a housing which is provided with an air inlet shaft for permitting pressurized air to enter the housing and to propagate through grooves disposed along the outer surface of the sleeve. The air then enters into a clearance volume between the housing and the spindle and serves as an air bearing. The spindle is further provided with impelling recesses disposed circumferentially along the outside surface of the spindle at an axial location that is in alignment with the pressurized air inlets. The force of the air against the recesses rotates the spindle about its axis when the pressurized air supply contacts the recesses.

    摘要: A rotary drive apparatus comprises a housing including an intermediate transmission portion, an input shaft portion connected to one end of the intermediate transmission portion and extending outwardly therefrom in a first direction and an output shaft portion connected to the opposite end of the intermediate transmission portion and extending outwardly therefrom in a second opposite direction. The intermediate transmission portion is provided with an exhaust port for the exhaust of air which is directed under pressure to an air motor which is carried eccentrically in a rotatable mounting in the input shaft portion of the housing. The air motor includes a drive pulley on its drive shaft which is connected through a belt to a driven pulley carried on a output shaft which is rotatably supported in the output shaft portion of the housing and which includes an outer drive end which is connected to a drive element, for example, a grind stone. Compressed air which is circulated through the drive motor is discharged through the exhaust port of the intermediate transmission portion of the housing. The tension on the drive belt extending between the input pulley on the air motor drive shaft and the output pulley carried on the output shaft may be adjusted by rotating the mounting for the air motor so as to vary the spacing between the input and the output shafts and thereby to adjust the tension on the belt. After this tension is adjusted the mounting for the air motor is clamped into position.
