    Abstract: An assembly is provided for an aircraft propulsion system. This assembly includes a housing, a rotor and a system. The rotor is next to the housing. The system includes a mechanical load, a belt drive, a cradle, a slide and an adjustment link. The mechanical load is operatively coupled to the rotor through the belt drive. The mechanical load is fixed to the cradle. The cradle includes a track and extends laterally between a first side and a second side. The cradle is coupled to the housing through the adjustment link at the first side. The cradle is pivotally coupled to the housing at the second side. The slide is connected to the housing. The slide is mated with and configured to move along the track. The adjustment link is configured to change a distance between the housing and the cradle to adjust a tension of the belt drive.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable power tool (1) arranged for driving a rotatable cutting tool (2). The power tool (1) comprises a motor (5) and a transmission part (4) that is arranged to transfer power from the motor (5) to a tool holder (10), and comprises a first arm part (11; 11′) and a second arm part (12; 12′). The first arm part (11; 11′) comprises a first belt pulley (13) and the second arm part comprises a second belt pulley (14), the arm parts (11, 12; 11′, 12′) being slidably connected to each other. The belt pulleys (13, 14) are spaced apart by a certain distance (d-i, d2). The transmission part (4) further comprises a tensioning device (20) with a rod (21), a pre-tensioned resilient device (22), a linkage arrangement (25) and a rotatable part (26). The rotatable part (26) is rotatable between a first, released, state where the belt pulleys (13, 14) are spaced apart by a first distance (d-i), and a second, tightened, state where the belt pulleys (13,14) are spaced apart by a second distance (d2) that exceeds the first distance (d-i), the resilient device (22) being more compressed in the second state than in the first state.

    Abstract: A mounting alignment apparatus may include a rail assembly including a first pair of alignment surfaces. The mounting alignment apparatus may also include a slide assembly including a second pair of alignment surfaces. The first and second pairs of alignment surfaces may define an interacting capturing geometry therebetween, permitting sliding movement of the slide assembly relative to the rail assembly along a first axis, and restricting movement of the slide assembly relative to the rail assembly about an axis other than the first axis. The mounting alignment apparatus may also include a tension adjustment assembly coupled between the rail assembly and the slide assembly for positioning the slide assembly relative to the rail assembly along the first axis.

    Abstract: An improved human powered watercraft propulsion device and mounting frame for attachment to existing pontoon watercraft. The propulsion device is light weight, self-contained, portable, has few moving parts made from corrosive resistant materials, and is propeller driven for quiet, efficient, and environmentally friendly underwater propulsion. Having a simple twisted belt configuration with an open structural design, all of the components are easily viewed and maintained by the user, as well as continuously cleaned, cooled, and lubricated by the water during operation, without the need for a sealed waterproof housing and internal oil bath. Hand knobs provide belt tensioning during operation and the device is adapted for operation by pedal, friction wheel, or direct chain drive. The device is adjustable on the attachment frame to fit the operator, pivots when beaching or striking an underwater object, and components such as pulleys and the propeller are changeable to achieve different power ratios.

According to the present invention, the tensional force of a belt becomes higher as the distance between a motor shaft and a rack bar becomes larger because a second inclined portion of a support body passing through a guide hole is moved upwards along a first inclined portion to be inserted into a coupling recess, and accordingly, noise and damage to the belt can be prevented. If the support body is inserted into the coupling recess by a third inclined portion of a coupling recess and a motor housing is moved upwards, the tensional force of the belt becomes higher as the distance between the motor shaft and the rack bar becomes larger and, accordingly, noise and damage to the belt can be prevented.

    Abstract: A belt tensioner assembly is described for a seeding machine that moves seed along a seed path with a seed-transport belt, the seed-transport belt being contained by a belt housing and supported by a fixed belt support. An adjustment mechanism may have an input member accessible from outside the belt housing and a positioning member disposed within the belt housing, the positioning member changing positions in response to user input applied to the input member.
