摘要: The present technology is directed towards providing an apparatus, system and method for the cost-effective extraction of compounds of interest, such as CBD and THC, from freshly harvested cannabis plant material. The system includes a processing module with a tank that has a flow path to a separator. The tanks are filled with a cooling agent and cannabis plant material which is immersed and agitated to break up the plant material. The filtered outflow from the tank is a filtrate of a mixture of cooling agent and broken up plant material that is transferred to the separator to separate out at least some trichomes containing the compounds of interest.

摘要: A cane shredder input is optimized for any given load condition comprising a feeder upstream of the shredder to controllably deliver cane downstream from the feeder in order to reduce shredder drive load fluctuations. A “kicker” (26) with curved end knives gives full coverage across the width of the cane carrier, and is driven clockwise at about 175 rpm. A magnetic shredder and milling tandem protector pulls metal out of the cane above a backward inclined chute (27). The chute has a viewing window (28) and a cane height sensor (29). The backward directed chute aids in cane striking its front wall (30) and the working face of the chute height control device. A tooth feeder shredder rotor (31) is located in a shredder housing (32). The shredder housing (32) is a convolute in configuration. Sitting directly atop the shredder housing (32) is a tooth feeder (33), in this case having tooth feeder wheels (34) and (35). The feeder operates as a speed baffle to the shredder so that cane is delivered at an optimal rate. The throughput through the factory is based on the speed of the feeder.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a grinder for grinding herbs, coffee beans, spices, tobacco, and other dried plants into particulates. The grinder comprises a body and a filter assembly. The filter assembly includes a mesh filter and is coupled at the bottom of the body. The body comprises a battery and blade coupled to a shaft, which, in turn is coupled to a motor. When the motor is run, the motor spins the blade, which, in turn grinds the herb into particulates. The particulates of herb are collected at a pollen catching cap after being filtered by the mesh filter. Further, the grinder can include a storage assembly to store or transport the particulates of the herb. The grinder can include a USB port to recharge the battery and a lighting means to provide visibility to a user operating the grinder.

摘要: A grinding and dewatering apparatus by centrifugation for highly selective differentiated food waste collection includes, in a supporting structure, a hopper introducing waste-products into a grinding chamber and subsequently into a centrifuge having an inner body and an outer body with a finely perforated, coaxial side wall, a deceleration chamber of the filtered water, a motor driving a grinding unit and the centrifuge, wherein the motor integrally activates both the grinding unit and the centrifuge and overlies both, and a discharge for evacuation of the ground waste-products. Both the grinding unit and the inner and outer bodies of the centrifuge are positioned in a deceleration chamber and are arranged integrally with a rotating disc, and the discharge is a movable discharge, that can be selectively positioned below openings, situated in a flanged extension arranged below for closing the centrifuge for the evacuation of the ground waste-products into a collection basket.

摘要: The invention provides a pill crusher device which is spherical or ovoid in shape having a top port for inserting pills to be crushed and a bottom port for releasing and pouring the powdered medication. The device comprises a molded plastic casing which encloses an oscillating electric motor which is activates a rapid orbital or oscillating motion to a pair of concentric serrated jaws or toothed rings located in the interior of the device wherein the outer toothed ring inhabits the inner surface of the casing and the inner toothed ring spins or oscillates in opposition to the fixed outer ring and grinds the pills against the teeth of the outer ring. The pills are quickly reduced to powder form.

摘要: A mixing system for a fluid tank is described, the system having a drive motor, an impeller, a shroud enclosing the impeller and a cutter mounted on the shroud to cut solids. The shroud is open at inlet and discharge ends for drawing in and discharging fluid from the tank. A recess is provided on the internal surface of the shroud, wherein the cutter is adjustably positioned within the recess. The cutter is detachable from the recess to allow replacement. In use, homogeneity is maintained in a slurry contained within the tank by submerging the impeller such that the cutter cooperates with the impeller to cut solids within the slurry, drawing tank contents into the impeller at the inlet, cutting material between the cutter and blade, and then discharging the material.

摘要: The disclosed mulcher has a base unit and a shredding blade in a removable assembly. Two different embodiments are disclosed. In both embodiments, shredded material is removed from air exiting the shredding blade before it reaches an exhaust port. In one embodiment, the material is removed by a filter. In the other embodiment, walls are arranged so that debris must double back against high-speed airflow leaving the shredding blade before exiting the unit. The shredding blade can be mounted in front of and on the same shaft as an air impeller, with the back surface of the shredding blade being supported by the impeller. In another embodiment, the air impeller and the shredding blade are carried in assemblies that are separable from each other and are each separately attachable to a base unit. A detachable power module and a detachable blower are also shown. The power module has a safety switch that disables the power module when it is removed. A power receptacle is shown with a switch that alternately switches power to either the shredder motor or to the power receptacle, but not to both simultaneously.
