摘要: Methods and systems are presented for generating and performing a seismic data acquisition mission based on an a priori sea current model and a seismic data acquisition operation model and a shooting solution model based on the a priori sea current model. The individual models can be updated based on releasing sample buoys through the survey area both before and during mission execution.

摘要: A wire standoff suitable for use in a tubular reactor, such as a reformer, is described. The wire standoff includes a portion or segment positioned between an outer reactor tube and one or more reactor components located within the tube. The reactor components and the outer tube are prevented from coming into directed contact with one another by the positioning of the wire standoff. The wire standoff can be secured to a reactor component at one of its ends or to a washer located between stacked reactor components. Prevention of the reactor components from contact with the outer tube promotes fluid flow through the reactor and can enhance heat transfer and reactor efficiency for carrying out catalytic reactions.

摘要: The present invention relates to a plate-type heat exchange reactor and a method of manufacturing thereof, and there is provided a method of manufacturing a plate-type heat exchange reactor and a plate-type heat exchange reactor manufactured in the manufacturing method, the method including the steps of preparing side surface plates respectively provided with a plurality of slits formed in parallel along a longitudinal direction; arranging two side surface plates in a vertical direction to face each other with a space therebetween; forming a plurality of fluid passage channels by inserting a plurality of fluid passage partition walls into the slits provided on the two side surface plates in parallel in a horizontal direction; and bonding the side surface plates and the fluid passage partition walls.

The reactor component can have fluid ducts for directing fluid flow through the reactor. The fluid ducts are effective for increasing heat transfer in the reactor. The reactor component can further have a washer attached to a top or bottom surface for directing fluid flow.

摘要: In a catalytic reactor including catalyst carriers inserted into a plurality of channels defined by a corrugated fin, one end of the corrugated fin is located halfway on a horizontal wall, and a vertical wall of the corrugated fin adjacent to a side bar is arranged to provide a space where one of the catalyst carriers is insertable between the side bar and the vertical wall. An end portion of the corrugated fin in a second direction is brazed to a tube plate between the side bar and the vertical wall of the corrugated fin.

摘要: A combined heat exchanging and fluid mixing apparatus including a first conduit (44) for guiding a cool fluid through the first conduit and a second conduit (55) for guiding a hot gas through the second conduit. A heat conductive element (2) is arranged between the first conduit (44) and the second conduit (55) for transferring heat from the hot gas to the cool fluid. The apparatus further includes a third conduit (45) for guiding an exhaust fluid. The third conduit (45) comprises an exhaust fluid inlet (46) for introducing an exhaust fluid into the apparatus for mixing of the exhaust fluid with the hot gas and for a chemical reaction of the so formed exhaust fluid/hot gas mixture in the second conduit (55).

摘要: Described herein are expandable center arrangements for use in a tubular reactor, such as a reformer, for enhancing heat transfer and reactor efficiency. The expandable center arrangement can include a cone being expandable in the radial direction and an expansion weight for promoting expansion of the cone. The cone and expansion weight can be slidably arranged on a center support. Expansion of the cones in the radial direction forces reactor components radially outward to an outer tube that houses the reactor components and expandable center arrangement. Expansion of reactor components towards the outer tube promotes heat for carrying out catalytic reactions.

摘要: Method of operating a three-phase slurry reactor includes feeding at a low level at least one gaseous reactant into a vertically extending slurry body of solid particles suspended in a suspension liquid, the slurry body being contained in at least two vertically extending shafts housed within a common reactor shell, each shaft being divided into a plurality of vertically extending channels at least some of which are in slurry flow communication and the slurry body being present in at least some of the channels. The gaseous reactant is allowed to react as it passes upwardly through the slurry body present in at least some of the channels of the shafts, thereby to form a non-gaseous and/or a gaseous product. Gaseous product, if present, and/or unreacted gaseous reactant is allowed to disengage from the slurry body in a head space above the slurry body.
