Abstract: The present invention relates to a ready-to-use injection compositions of potassium phosphates in sodium chloride and methods for preparing the same. The ready-to-use injection compositions contain 15 mmol/250 mL of phosphorus, 22 mEq/250 mL of potassium, equal or less than about 25 mcg/mL of aluminum and exhibit an osmolality value of from about 250 mOsmol/kg to about 450 mOsmol/kg. The ready-to-use injection compositions of the disclosure do not require any further reconstitution step prior to use.

Abstract: Edible compositions are provided and comprise a soluble mineral component and/or a phosphate component in amounts effective for use as an oral medicament. The soluble mineral component comprises one or more minerals selected from the group consisting of zinc, manganese, tin, copper, and mixtures thereof. The edible compositions are advantageously companion animal chews, treats or supplements. Further disclosed are methods of making the chews, treats or supplements as are methods of treating conditions of the oral cavity.

Abstract: The present specification relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating burnout syndrome, containing a natural extract as an active ingredient. According to one aspect of the present invention, the composition contains a ginseng fruit extract, and thus is useful for preventing, treating and alleviating burnout syndrome. In addition, according to one aspect of the present invention, the composition further contains ginseng fruit and one or more selected from the group consisting of red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Cornus officinalis, Cervi parvum corni, and Nigella sativa, so as to maximize the synergistic effect among two or more ingredients, thereby exhibiting excellent effects on the prevention, treatment and alleviation of burnout syndrome. Therefore, there is an advantage of making individuals and society mentally and physically healthy since burnout syndrome can be prevented, treated and alleviated, by using the composition of the present invention.

Abstract: The invention relates to calcium hydroxyapatite particles having been sintered at a certain temperature range and which are not treated at a temperature above this range. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an injectable composition comprising such particles and to uses thereof. Surprisingly, it was found that the particles of the invention are superior over calcium hydroxyapatite particles known in the art with respect to bio-stimulation.
