摘要: An intelligent pesticide spraying robot self-adaptive to terrain of mountain land is provided. Walking mechanisms are respectively connected to both side ends of a chassis. A pesticide spraying mechanism includes rotary drive mechanisms respectively connected to both sides of the rear end of the chassis, telescopic spray boom mechanisms correspondingly connected to the rotary drive mechanisms, rotary nozzle mechanisms correspondingly connected to the telescopic spray boom mechanisms, a liquid pesticide storage box fixed to the top of the chassis, a first water pump fixed in the liquid pesticide storage box, and first water pipes in communication with the first water pump and the rotary nozzle mechanisms. A control chip of a control identification mechanism is communicatively connected to the walking mechanisms, the rotary drive mechanisms, the telescopic spray boom mechanisms, the rotary nozzle mechanisms, the first water pump, a front-end camera, side-end cameras and ultrasonic sensors respectively.

摘要: A steam sprayer for delivering steam onto and beneath a field surface is provided. The steam sprayer comprises a support frame having a plurality of steam spraying nozzles mounted thereto and oriented substantially downwardly for spraying steam onto and beneath the field surface. At least a steam generator is connected to the steam spraying nozzles for providing steam thereto. A water heating tank is connected to each of the at least a steam generator for providing heated water at a substantially constant pressure thereto. Compressed air is provided to the water heating tank for pressurizing the water heating tank. Power is provided to the water heating tank and each of the at least a steam generator.

摘要: A robotic orchard spraying system having autonomous delivery vehicles (ADV), each autonomously delivering an amount of a premixed solution over a non-overlapping path verified by a forward-looking sensor, video, or both. Also, a mobile control center, configured to wirelessly inform the autonomous delivery vehicle of the path within the areas and to confirm that the autonomous delivery vehicle is following the path within the area. Additionally, a mapper vehicle generates the path within the area, the mapper vehicle being configured to communicate information about the path and the area to the command center. The mapper vehicle senses the path with a forward-looking LiDAR sensor, and senses the area with a GPS sensor. Moreover, a nurse truck has a reservoir of premixed solution for replenishing a tank of the ADV. ADVs and the control center communicate over a radio network, which may be a mesh network, a cellular network, or both.

摘要: A fluid sprayer includes a tank containing fluid therein and a rotary atomizer in communication with the tank to receive fluid therefrom and to atomize the fluid. The fluid sprayer also includes a blower assembly positioned upstream of the rotary atomizer for dispersing the atomized fluid from the rotary atomizer into the surroundings of the fluid sprayer and a discharge chute positioned downstream of the blower assembly into which the atomized fluid from the rotary atomizer is sprayed before being discharged upward and into the surroundings of the fluid sprayer. The rotary atomizer includes a plurality of fan blades coupled to a hub. The fan blades are operable to impart rotation to the hub in response to an airflow generated by the blower assembly flowing around the fan blades.

摘要: An agricultural vehicle comprises a left frame and a right frame. A left wheel is rotatable with respect to the left frame and a right wheel is rotatable with respect to the right frame. A first leg extends upward from the left frame and a second leg extends upward from the right frame to connect the legs to the beam. A data processor estimates a reference point on or below the vehicle and an angular orientation or attitude of the beam relative to the reference point based on positions of location-determining receivers associated with the beam. An upper carriage is laterally movable along the beam. A lower carriage is suspended from the upper carriage by a plurality of vertical supports, such that a target lateral position of the upper carriage establishes an actual lateral position of the lower carriage.

摘要: A system and method for predicting a future wind direction and speed and, based thereon, determining a future wind-driven drift and providing the information to an operator or automatically acting to adapt application parameters to better control the wind-driven drift of a fluid during application of the fluid to land or crops by an agricultural machine. A processor receives machine and meteorological data, uses a model to predict the future wind direction and speed, and accesses a drift distance database to determine and visually depict the future wind-driven drift of the fluid. A sensitive area database stores information about sensitive areas bordering the target area, which may also be displayed, to facilitate controlling the wind-driven drift with regard to the sensitive areas. The mathematical model may be a kernel filter, an autoregressive model, an autoregressive integrated moving average model, or a hybrid model which incorporates features of different models.

摘要: A mist blower with a Venturi housing for spraying water or chemicals onto objects such as livestock, orchards, weed areas or the like. The mist blower includes an air blower having an air discharge opening formed therein. A Venturi housing has its inner end in communication with the air discharge opening. An air discharge housing has its inner end embracing the outer end of the Venturi thereby creating a Venturi gap therebetween. The Venturi housing has a plurality of Venturi openings formed therein. As air is blown through the Venturi housing, the Venturi openings draw additional air into the air being discharged. As air is blown through the air discharge housing, additional air is drawn into the air discharge housing by way of the Venturi gap.
