    Abstract: A crosslinkable rubber composition comprising 0.2 to 10 parts by weight of an aromatic secondary amine-based anti-aging agent and 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of a polyamine-based crosslinking agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of a nitrile rubber including an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile unit and an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoester unit, and with iodine value of 120 or less. The present invention can provide a crosslinkable rubber composition, providable of a cross-linked rubber excellent in a variety of properties such as mechanical strength and small in compression set, and a cross-linked rubber obtained by cross-linking the rubber composition.

    Abstract: A method of production of a nitrile copolymer rubber composition which contains a nitrile copolymer rubber, layered inorganic filler, vinyl chloride resin, and plasticizer including the steps of adding, to an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl chloride resin, 10 to 100 wt % of the total amount of plasticizer which is used and 0 to 100 wt % of the total amount of layered inorganic filler which is used to prepare an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl chloride resin which contains a plasticizer (A) and mixing an aqueous dispersion of a nitrile copolymer rubber (B) which may contain a plasticizer and/or layered inorganic filler and the aqueous dispersion of a vinyl chloride resin (A), then causing them to coagulate to form crumbs and filtering and drying the same is provided.

    Abstract: A cross-linked rubber product for a fuel seal is obtained by cross-linking a nitrile rubber composition including a nitrile rubber (A) containing 25 to 80% by weight of α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units (a1), 20 to 75% by weight of conjugated diene monomer units (a2), and 0 to 30% by weight of cationic monomer units and/or monomer units capable of forming a cation (a3), and having a compression set ratio of 20% or less after being compressed in an atmosphere of 100° C. for 70 hours, and an inorganic filler (B) having an aspect ratio of 30 to 2,000. The content of the inorganic filler (B) is from 1 to 200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the nitrile rubber (A). The cross-linked rubber product is obtained by subjecting the nitrile rubber composition to secondary vulcanization at 100 to 150° C. for 1 to 24 hours.
