    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display panel is provided. A release layer is formed on a support substrate. A thin film substrate is formed on the release layer and the support substrate. A pixel and an encapsulation member are formed on a part of the thin film substrate. The part of the thin film substrate is overlapped with the release layer. The part of the thin film substrate is separated from the support substrate. The release layer includes siloxane and polyimide silane.
