Abstract: A scan driver includes a plurality of stages. An nth (n is a natural number) stage among the stages includes: a first and a second input circuit for controlling a voltage of a first node in response to a carry signal of a previous stage and a next stage, respectively; a first output circuit for outputting an nth carry signal corresponding to a carry clock signal in response to the voltage of the first node; a second output circuit for outputting an nth scan and an nth sensing signal corresponding to a scan and a sensing clock signal, respectively, in response to the voltage of the first node; and a sampling circuit for storing the carry signal of the previous stage in response to a first select signal, and for supplying a control voltage to the first node in response to a second select signal and the stored carry signal.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes: a substrate including a display area displaying an image and a non-display area positioned around the display area; a first electrode formed in the display area connected with a thin film transistor; a pixel defining layer formed on the first electrode thereby defining a pixel area; an organic emission layer formed on the first electrode contacting the first electrode in the pixel area; a second electrode formed on the pixel defining layer contacting the organic emission layer; a passivation layer formed on the second electrode and the pixel defining layer; a filler covering the passivation layer in the display area; and a getter formed in the non-display area on the substrate and surrounding the display area, in which the passivation layer overlaps with the getter.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a substrate, a switching transistor formed over the substrate, a driving transistor electrically connected to the switching transistor, and a pixel electrode electrically connected to the driving transistor. The display also includes a pixel definition layer covering the pixel electrode and having a pixel opening, an organic emission layer formed only in the pixel opening and connected to the pixel electrode, and a common electrode formed over the organic emission layer. The pixel definition layer is formed over the driving transistor.
