    摘要: A flexible transducer includes: a dielectric layer including a semiconductor-containing layer that contains an elastomer and at least one of an inorganic semiconductor and an organic semiconductor; and a pair of electrodes disposed with the dielectric layer interposed therebetween, and containing a binder and a conductive material. The semiconductor-containing layer has a large dielectric constant and has high insulation properties. According to the flexible transducer, a large voltage can be applied between the electrodes, and a high output can be obtained.

    摘要: An expression display device includes an electrostrictive element having a stretched dielectric layer, and electrodes disposed with the dielectric layer interposed therebetween. The dielectric layer has a crosslinked material layer made of a three-dimensional crosslinked material synthesized from a rubber polymer and a metal alkoxide compound or a compound having a hydrosilyl group. The electrodes contain an elastomer and a conductive material. The expression display device displays a facial expression as the dielectric layer extends and contracts according to a voltage that is applied between the electrodes.

    摘要: A dielectric film which has high electrical resistance and excellent durability and a process for producing the dielectric film are provided. Also provided is a transducer which has large displacement and excellent durability. The dielectric film includes a three-dimensional crosslinked body that is synthesized from an organic metal compound, a rubber polymer that is other than a polydimethyl siloxane and has a functional group that is reactive with the organic metal compound, and an inorganic filler that has a functional group that is reactive with the organic metal compound. The transducer is configured by interposing the dielectric film between at least a pair of electrodes. The dielectric film may be produced by preparing a first solution that contains a rubber polymer and an inorganic filler in a solvent that is capable of dissolving the rubber polymer and of chelating an organic metal compound, then preparing a second solution by mixing the organic metal compound into the first solution, and then removing the solvent from the second solution to allow a crosslinking reaction to proceed.

    摘要: A flexible conductive material of the present invention is formed by dispersing a conductive agent containing carbon nanotubes in a matrix that contains a polymer formed by amide bond formation or imide bond formation of a polycyclic aromatic component and an oligomer component and that has a glass transition point of 20° C. or less. The flexible conductive material of the present invention has good dispersibility of a conductive agent containing carbon nanotubes and has an excellent following performance to an expanding and shrinking substrate. A transducer of the present invention includes a dielectric layer made of a polymer, a plurality of electrodes with the dielectric layer interposed therebetween, and wirings connected to the respective electrodes, and at least either the electrodes or the wirings include the flexible conductive material of the present invention. The transducer of the present invention has a performance that is unlikely to deteriorate due to the electrodes or the wirings and has excellent durability.

    摘要: A conductive material includes an elastomer and a conductive agent contained in the elastomer. The elastomer has a crosslinked structure through a slide-ring molecule having a ring molecule and a linear molecule that passes through an opening of the ring molecule and is included in the ring molecule. At least a part of polymer chains of the elastomer is crosslinked with the ring molecule, and as the ring molecule moves along the linear molecule, a crosslinking point moves. A transducer includes an electrostrictive layer made of a polymer, a plurality of electrodes with the electrostrictive layer interposed therebetween, and wirings connecting to the electrodes, respectively. In the transducer, either one or both of the electrodes and the wirings are formed of the conductive material.
