摘要： A process comprises (i) providing an isocyanate component A that is a reaction product of an aliphatic polyisocyanate, an aromatic polyisocyanate, an aliphatic polyester polyol, and a polyether polyol; (ii) providing a polyol component B comprising an aliphatic polyester polyol and a polyether polyol; (iii) mixing A and B to form a solventless adhesive (SLA) composition component A and component B each comprises an aliphatic polyester polyol having a viscosity from 800 to 6000 mPa·s at 25° C. and a hydroxyl number from 60 to 180 mg KOH/g; the SLA composition has (a) an initial viscosity at 40° C. from 500 to 1600 mPa·s, (b) an increasing viscosity ratio from 100% to 112% of the initial viscosity after the SLA composition stands at 40° C. for 10 min, and (c) an end viscosity at 40° C. from 120% to 210% of the initial viscosity at 40 min after forming the SLA composition.

摘要： Provided is an aqueous composition comprising dispersed particles that comprise a polyurethane, wherein said polyurethane is a reaction product of a group of reactants (GR1), wherein GR1 comprises one or more aromatic polyisocyanates and, a polyol component, wherein said polyol component comprises (a) 50% to 99% by weight, based on the weight of said polyol component, one or more polyester polyols, (b) 0.1% to 10% by weight, based on the weight of said polyol component, one or more diols having a hydrophilic side chain, and (c) 0.9% to 40% by weight, based on the weight of said polyol component, one or more polyols different from (a) and (b). Also provided is a method of bonding a metal foil to a polymer film using such an aqueous composition.

A laminate made according to the method is further disclosed.

摘要： Water-based adhesive composition are disclosed, the compositions comprising an acrylic dispersion, an epoxy-terminated polyester incorporated into the acrylic dispersion, and a water-dispersible isocyanate. Methods for laminating a first substrate to a second substrate are also disclosed, the methods comprising (a) providing an acrylic dispersion, (b) providing an epoxy-terminated polyester, (c) mixing the acrylic dispersion and the epoxy-terminated polyester, (d) mixing the mixture of (c) with a water-dispersible isocyanate to form an adhesive composition, (e) coating the adhesive composition of (d) on a surface of the first substrate, (f) drying the adhesive compositions on the first substrate to remove water, and (g) bringing the adhesive composition on the surface of the first substrate into contact with a surface of a second substrate, thereby laminating the first substrate to the second substrate. Laminates prepared comprising the water-based adhesives and according to the disclosed methods are also disclosed.

摘要： A novel polyol compound represented by Formula (I) is provided. A polyurethane-based adhesive composition comprising the polyol compound can produce an adhesive layer exhibiting superior bond strength and heat seal strength which will not be substantially deteriorated by the change in the weight ratio between isocyanate component and polyol component. Methods for preparing the polyol compound and for preparing the adhesive composition, as well as a laminate article prepared with said adhesive composition are also provided.
