摘要： The present disclosure provides a two-component solvent-less adhesive composition. The two-component solvent-less adhesive composition contains the reaction product of (A) an isocyanate component containing the reaction product of (i) an isocyanate monomer and (ii) a first dimer acid polyester polyol; and (B) a polyol component containing (i) a second dimer acid polyester polyol and (ii) optionally, a polyol selected from a polyether polyol, a polyester polyol, and combinations thereof. The two-component solvent-less adhesive composition contains from 15 wt % to 45 wt % units derived from dimer acid, based on the total weight of the two-component solvent-less adhesive composition.

Also disclosed are a synthetic leather produced by the process.

摘要： A rosin dispersion is a reaction product of, by dry weight based on total dry weight of the rosin dispersion, from 80% to 98% a rosin resin, and from 2% to 20% a dispersant. The rosin resin is processed by at least one method of a) modification, b) hydrogenation or disproportionation, and c) polymerization or esterification from raw material rosins. The dispersant is selected from C18-C32 aliphatic carboxylic acids, olefin (meth) acrylic acid copolymers, and other acid/anhydride modified polymers. A continuous process for preparing the rosin dispersion and an adhesive formulation comprising the rosin dispersion are also included.

摘要： Provided is an aqueous composition comprising dispersed particles that comprise a polyurethane, wherein said polyurethane is a reaction product of a group of reactants (GR1), wherein GR1 comprises one or more aromatic polyisocyanates and, a polyol component, wherein said polyol component comprises (a) 50% to 99% by weight, based on the weight of said polyol component, one or more polyester polyols, (b) 0.1% to 10% by weight, based on the weight of said polyol component, one or more diols having a hydrophilic side chain, and (c) 0.9% to 40% by weight, based on the weight of said polyol component, one or more polyols different from (a) and (b). Also provided is a method of bonding a metal foil to a polymer film using such an aqueous composition.

摘要： An aqueous polymer emulsion comprising: i) as polymerized units, from 20% to 80% by dry weight, based on total dry weight of the polymer, of vinyl acetate; ii) as polymerized units, from 20% to 80% by dry weight, based on total dry weight of the polymer, of an α, β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic ester monomer; iii) as polymerized units, from 0.1% to 5% by dry weight, based on total dry weight of the polymer, of a stabilizer monomer; iv) from 0.05% to 1% by dry weight, based on total dry weight of the polymer, of a surfactant, wherein said aqueous polymer emulsion has a viscosity of less than 100 cps. An aqueous adhesive composition comprising said aqueous polymer emulsion.
