摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a first tracking reference signal configuration and a second tracking reference signal configuration. The first tracking reference signal configuration may include a first set of parameters and the second tracking reference signal configuration may include a second set of parameters. The UE, the base station, or both may identify an indicator for selection from among the first tracking reference signal configuration and the second tracking reference signal configuration. The UE may receive, from the base station and based on the identified indicator for selection, a tracking reference signal in accordance with the first tracking reference signal configuration or the second tracking reference signal configuration.

摘要: A base station may identify one or more beams toward a node for communication with at least one UE. The one or more beams may correspond to a plurality of beams from the node. The base station may transmit, to the node, an indication to adjust a surface phase of the node corresponding to the one or more beams or one of the plurality of beams from the node. The base station may select at least one beam of the plurality of beams from the node for communication with the at least one UE. The base station may communicate with the at least one UE via the node and the at least one beam. The at least one beam of the plurality of beams from the node may be based on a defocusing operation associated with a virtual focal point.

摘要: The apparatus may be provided to improve a PAPR in at least one of a single-carrier FDM signal or DFT-s-OFDM. The apparatus may be configured to encode a set of information bits with a channel encoder; generate, based on a set of encoded bits from the channel encoder, a set of amplitude symbols using a distribution matching function; generate a set of modulated symbols based on the set of amplitude symbols; and transmit, to a second device, a signal based on the set of modulated symbols. An apparatus may be configured to receive, from a first device, a signal based on a set of modulated symbols and derive a set of encoded bits based on the received set of modulated symbols using a distribution matching function.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may operate by asynchronously transmitting code division multiple access (CDMA) uplink signals to a network entity. The UE may transmit the CDMA signals via an uplink channel that may be shared with orthogonal frequency multiplexing (OFDM) signaling transmitted by one or more other UEs. The UE may indicate to the network entity a capability for communicating with CDMA waveforms and may use CDMA waveforms based on transmitting the indication. The UE may also receive one or more parameters associated with using the CDMA waveforms, and may use CDMA waveforms based on the one or more parameters. The uplink channel may be a random access channel (RACH) and may support RACH transmissions, or may be a data channel and support data transmissions.

For instance, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a first downlink control information message in a downlink control channel, the first downlink control information message scheduling first resources of a downlink shared channel for a second downlink control information message. The UE may identify a first, UE-specific scrambling sequence for the second downlink control information message. The UE may receive, from the base station, the second downlink control information message based on the first scrambling sequence, the second downlink control information message scheduling second resources of the downlink shared channel for a data message. The UE may receive, from the base station, the data message in the second resources scheduled by the second downlink control information message.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating a time domain window (TDW) configuration including a start time of a TDW and a length of the TDW, where the TDW is a duration over which a network entity is scheduled to perform joint channel estimation. The UE may receive a timing advance (TA) command during the TDW indicating a TA value to apply to signaling. The UE may transmit the signaling in accordance with the TA value or independent of the TA value based on the UE prioritizing the TA adjustment or maintaining power consistency and phase continuity for DMRS bundling, respectively. The UE may determine whether to prioritize the TA adjustment or DMRS bundling for the joint channel estimation based on one or more parameters satisfying criteria.
