    摘要： A valveless positive displacement pump with a closed end cylinder has fluid inlet and outlet ports adjacent to the closed end. A piston is reciprocally and rotatively driven in the cylinder. The piston is provided with crisscrossed helical slots formed thereon which communicate specifically with the inlet and outlet ports for pumping fluid through the positive displacement pump. The piston is rotated by a drive shaft connected to a motor and reciprocated by an cam actuator mechanism cooperating with the drive shaft.

    摘要： A system for accessing the Internet from an automotive vehicle having a multimedia device is provided. The system includes a mobile phone equipped with a wireless transceiver. The wireless transceiver has a data-only channel operable to transmit data between the mobile phone and the multimedia device. A first application is disposed within the mobile phone. The first application is operable to access an Internet website. A data processor is operable to transmit the Internet website to the multimedia device in data form through the data-only channel. A second application is disposed within the multimedia device and is operable to process the data received through the data-only channel so as to display the website onto the multimedia device.

    摘要： A method and a device for manufacturing a powder of amorphous ceramic or metallic particles in a high pressure autoclave. The substance in the liquid state is pressed out of a nozzle (7) upwards in vertical direction. An acoustic levitation field acts on the area in front of the nozzle orifice (12) and an inert cooling gas is made to flow turbulently in this area so that the droplets sprayed out of the nozzle are rapidly cooled and get solidified to grains. The powder can be directly machined by pressing and sintering into objects of the desired shape.

    摘要： An adjustable seat is mounted on a base for adjustment of its position longitudinally of a motor vehicle, by means of two guiding arrangements, each located at one side of the seat and each including a front guide track and a rear guide track. The seat is arrestable in a multitude of adjusted positions by at least one arresting mechanism which includes a rack mounted on the base, a pinion mounted on the seat for rotation in mesh with the rack, a ratchet connected to the pinion for joint rotation therewith, and a pawl displaceably mounted on the seat and engaging the ratchet to arrest the seat in any selected one of the multitude of adjusted positions. The rack may extend parallel to one of the guide tracks and then a support member which supports the seat on this guide track may be mounted coaxially with the pinion. Another such arresting mechanism may be arranged at the opposite side of the seat from the above arresting mechanism, and a shaft may interconnect the pawl of the two arresting mechanism for simultaneous displacement.
