    Abstract: A luciferase according to an embodiment comprises an amino acid sequence in which a mutation is introduced into an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 38. The luciferase catalyzes a luminescence reaction that generates luminescence having the maximum luminescent wavelength of 570 nm to 610 nm.
