    摘要: A printing system prints characters or figures on a label removably adhered to a backing web on a platen roller. Separating rollers are disposed on the downstream side of the platen roller. A backing web with labels fed out from the platen roller after printing is bent by the separating rollers. The backing web bent by the separating rollers is drawn out from the separating rollers by a backing web feeding mechanism. When the backing web is bent by the separating rollers and drawn out from the separating rollers by the backing web feeding mechanism, a label is peeled off from the backing web to which it has been adhered. The separating rollers and the backing web feeding mechanism are coupled in an integral relation to constitute a label separating device. The label separating device is removably supported on a body of the print system. A driving mechanism provided on the printing system body is coupled to the backing web feeding mechanism on the label separating device, an the backing web feeding mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism.

    摘要: A vehicle suspension system includes a cylinder device provided between a vehicle body member and a vehicle wheel member for the vehicle body member in which suspension characteristics are changed by controlling a hydraulic fluid supply for the cylinder device. A pressure detector detects a hydraulic pressure of the cylinder device for each of the vehicle wheel members, and a warp control unit computes a warping of vehicle body so as to control a hydraulic fluid supply for the cylinder device in a manner such that the warp of the vehicle body is suppressed. The warp control unit is provided with a front pressure ratio computing section for computing a front hydraulic pressure ratio between the cylinder devices for right and left front wheels, and a rear pressure ratio computing section for computing a rear hydraulic pressure ratio between the cylinder devices for right and left rear wheels so that the warp control unit controls the hydraulic fluid supply for the cylinder device based on the front and rear hydraulic pressure ratios. The front pressure ratio computing section produces a value of the hydraulic pressure ratio corresponding to a threshold limit value when the front hydraulic pressure ratio computed in the front pressure ratio computing section is beyond the threshold limit value. An understeer property of the vehicle can thus be obtained in a high lateral acceleration condition.

    摘要: Disclosed is a sheet feeding device for printers and the like, which comprises a detachable holder for thick cut sheets. In this device, thin ordinary cut sheets, supported in a pile by paper supporting means, are delivered one by one in a sheet feeding direction by feed rollers, which are in contact with the uppermost one of the sheets. In feeding relatively thick cut sheets, such as postal cards and other cards, the holder carrying the sheets thereon is detachably mounted on the supporting structure. The holder includes a supporting member for supporting the leading ends of the thick cut sheets, with respect to the sheet feeding direction. The supporting member has a slanting or curved guide surface. As the feed rollers rotate in contact with the uppermost one of the thick cut sheets, the sheets are delivered, sliding on the guide surface.

In a remote copy system for transmitting data in a main storage device to a remote storage device, the main storage device classifies a group of logical volumes for ensuring the data update order into a plurality of small groups and sets the utilization of a side file at which the data transmission is interrupted. When the quantity of data collected in the side file exceeds a threshold, data transmission is interrupted in the order from a small group having a lower utilization of the side file without stopping the data transmission of all logical volumes in the group.

    摘要: A suspension apparatus of a vehicle has a cylinder unit interposed between a sprang weight and an unsprung weight, which changes a ride height of the vehicle body by supplying or discharging an operating liquid through a supply/discharge control valve. The supply/discharge control valve is controlled on the basis of a predetermined condition so as to control a posture of the vehicle body. There are further provided a rebound detecting means for detecting a rebound of each of the wheels and a pressure detecting means for detecting a pressure in the cylinder unit. When the rebound is detected by the rebound detecting sensor to be above a given value, if the pressure detected by the pressure detecting means is continued at a magnitude above a given value for a given period of time, it is judged that the supply/discharge control valve is in trouble.
