摘要: A method for determining an axle load on a vehicle axle of a tractor includes providing a power lift and a payload coupled thereto, driving the power lift by a hydraulic pump, setting a pump pressure of the hydraulic pump as a function of the coupled payload, detecting the pump pressure by a sensor, and determining the axle load as a function of the detected pump pressure from characteristic data which represents a relationship between the pump pressure and the weight of the payload.

摘要: A vehicle includes a suspension system having a first damper, a second damper, valves and a controller. Each of the first damper and the second damper include a housing and a piston sealingly interfaced with an inner diameter of the housing, dividing the damper into a first and second chamber. Each valve controls flow rate of fluid entering or exiting at least one of the first and second chamber of at least one of the first damper and the second damper. The controller controls the valves to control extension or compression of at least one of the first damper and the second damper based on at least one of a degree of roll of the vehicle during a turn of the vehicle and a degree of pitch of the vehicle during acceleration of the vehicle or a degree of pitch of the vehicle during deceleration of the vehicle.

摘要: A system includes: a state module configured to selectively set a present state to a first state; a valve control module configured to determine first target open and closed states for valves of a suspension system based on the present state and to open and close the valves according to the first target open and closed states, respectively; a pump control module configured to, when the valves are in the first target open and closed states, respectively, selectively operate an electric pump in a first direction to increase hydraulic fluid pressure in a first portion of the suspension system; and a leak module configured to selectively diagnose a leak in a first one of the valves associated with the first state based on a first pressure in the first portion of the suspension system while the valves are open and closed according to the first target open and closed states.

摘要: Systems and apparatuses include a hydraulic suspension system including a front suspension actuator, and a front suspension pressure sensor associated with the front suspension actuator; a tire inflation system; and one or more processing circuits comprising one or more memory devices coupled to one or more processors, the one or more memory devices configured to store instructions thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to: determine a dynamic weight based on information received from the front suspension pressure sensor of the hydraulic suspension system, determine a current front axle lead ratio based on the dynamic weight, determine a target front axle lead ratio, and control operation of the tire inflation system to adjust from the current front axle lead ratio to the target front axle lead ratio.

摘要: A suspension system includes: suspensions that respectively include vehicle height control actuators; a pressure medium supply-discharge device; and a vehicle height controller configured to control the pressure medium supply-discharge device to control vehicle height, wherein a magnitude of resistance that is generated during a change in the vehicle height at one or more of the suspensions is larger than a magnitude of resistance at another one or more of the suspensions, and the vehicle height controller is configured to execute vehicle height control for the wheel that corresponds to the one or more of the suspensions with the large magnitude of the resistance prior to vehicle height control for the wheel that corresponds to the other one or more of the suspensions with the small magnitude of the resistance.

摘要: A vehicle height adjustment device includes: a pressure tank capable of storing air in a compression state; a plurality of vehicle height adjustment units that are provided in correspondence with wheels of a vehicle and individually adjust vehicle heights at the respective wheels by supplying the air from the pressure tank or returning the air to the pressure tank; an information acquisition unit that acquires turn route information during travel of the vehicle; and a control unit that raises the vehicle height at the vehicle height adjustment unit on a turn outer side more than the vehicle height at the vehicle height adjustment unit on a turn inner side such that the vehicle takes a tilt posture on the basis of the turn route information when the vehicle turns.

摘要: A damping force control device for controlling damping forces of shock absorbers by a control device, which is configured to to estimate first vertical speeds at the positions of wheels based on the vertical accelerations of a vehicle body at the positions of the wheels, to estimate second vertical speeds of the vehicle body caused by driver's driving operation based on driving operation amount of the driver, to calculate target damping forces by subtracting products of damping coefficients of the ride comfort control and second vertical speeds from the sums of products of the damping coefficients of the ride comfort control and first vertical speeds and products of damping coefficients for controlling posture change of the vehicle body and the second vertical speeds, and to control damping coefficients of the shock absorbers based on the target damping forces.

摘要: A system for determining an axle load for an agricultural tractor. The system includes an axle or wheel suspension device arranged on a front axle of the agricultural tractor and has a hydraulic spring strut having a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic piston dividing the hydraulic cylinder into an annular space and a piston space. A first pressure sensor detects a first working pressure, which is present in the annular space. A second pressure sensor detects a second working pressure, which is present in the piston space. A control device calculates a front axle load variable which represents an axle load acting on a front axle on the basis of a pressure force difference derived from the first and second working pressures.

摘要: A vehicle height adjustment device includes a vehicle height adjustment unit that changes the vehicle height at each wheel of the vehicle; a vehicle height sensor that detects the vehicle height at each wheel; a vehicle height control unit that executes the vehicle height control; a pressure sensor that detects the fluid pressure within the vehicle height adjustment unit; a control stop unit that temporarily suspends the execution of the vehicle height control if the detected pressure exceeds a threshold pressure; a road surface estimation unit that estimates the condition of a road surface over which the vehicle travels; and a control recovery unit that cancels the temporary suspension of the vehicle height control and allows the vehicle height adjustment unit to change the vehicle height if the road surface estimation unit estimates that the road surface over which the vehicle is traveling satisfies a predetermined condition.
